Buyers be caution......Before buying a flat in SANKALPA ,PLEASE CHECK THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE BY THE WBIDFC officials in AN GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION. There is no drainage system on the floors lobbies of the building due to which the water is flooded on the floors and runs in the flat damaging the furniture's and other valuables, the toilet/ bathroom water is leaking from the floors/ ceilings, the tiles are coming out from the floors, the buildings have developed cracks. BUYERS NEED GOD HELP.
