firstly ,This area is near to one of the oldest fort in madhya pradesh as well as in india by which the gwalior city is famous i am overwelmed and stunned by the beauty of this place and there are very good temples like "koteshwar" which is famous too and the area is very safe at night and there is no traffic at all and u can get easily any type of transportation by just walking distance of 800m -900m and this area has lots of things like best schools of gwalior and also offer petrolpump , play ground, various malls , sabzimandi , hospitals also there is no much pollution and police line is also nearby where so many police mans resides which makes this area more safe . and there is so much greenery .

if we take negative point roads are well maintained but there are somes areas where bad street and many bunkers are also there and secondly there is no good choching nearby for any competition prepration and this area has problem of hygiene and garbage in some area . there is many dust comes inside homes whenever any big vechiles pass through road and lastly there is no metro train connectivity we have to use our own vechiles .

Vinay nagar is a very good location and near to reputed schools, Branches of Banks and Hospitals are available and quite close to Gwalior fort. Pride of Gwalior and close to koteshwar temple. Grocery shops are available nearby the colony. Here, Most of the peoples are helpful. Environmental conditions are better than any other locality in Gwalior. Transportation is easier because vinay nagar colony situated nearby the open road. Nearby Some of the parks also available.

Sometimes, there is huge traffic in locality. In peak working hours the condition is worse. Not Enough parking space due to small roads. In festival season, it creates hyper condition. Most of the reputed and good schools are far from the locality. Poor road condition also affects transportation.

First of all it is the area near a historic FORT of gwalior, which makes it the centre of tourism. Fort and a Famous gurudwara are at the walking distance. Markets are nearby. There are lots of good restaurant at the walking distance. A very famous temple callled "Koteshwar" is aroud 500-800m away. There is lot of place for morning walk. Schools are nearby upto 12th standand. Police line is nearby where most policemen reside. There is no traffic as the road are 100 feet wide. Lot of trees are there in divider of road.

Main negative point is the unavailability of main coaching institutions. Houses are separated by 100 feet wide road so there is less connectivity between two lines. Sometimes at night thieves are common and people does not come out of houses at abnormal time. As there is 100feet wide road so heavy vehicle passes and dust is deposited in whole house. Leaves of tree fall off and collects on the terrace.

Vinay nagar is the one of the best residential area in gwalior. very comfortable and posh area in Gwalior . The gwalior fort is under 1 km from vinay nagar . There is also a walking path . There is no power cut in Vinay nagar . Power is available 24×7 . All the Neighbours is very successful and manner full . Wifi connection is also available in all sectors of Vinay nagar with a high speed 5g network . All shops is available in vinay nagar . Coaching centres is also available here . Bsnl connectivity network is also available in vinay nagar. Electricity office is also available in vinay nagar . Environment is very good . When i visit vinay nagar first time . I am like ..oo nice .. because gwalior have very few colony like vinay nagar . I personally advise you... you can go for it . Because everyone wants good environment . And vinay nagar have this environment . School is also present in vinay nagar and coaching centres as i mentioned . So there is no problem for your kids education .

As everyone knows coin has 2 sids. If one is positive then 2nd side is negative . Vinay nagar area is very good area but there is something which i don't appreciate ..like there is very manner full people but they are fully cut by everyone no one talk to each other. And one thing is most important that in night all boys are meet at any place . And they are laughing and abuses each other . When you walk around then you feel awkward . And when any girl crossing them ..she did not feel safe this is very bad about vinay nagar .this is need to be changed vinay nagar . Once this changed no major issue left in vinay nagar . There is also a park but i notice that park is not clean properly .there is clothes and balls in the park ..this look very bad .. because everyone like clean park . And i dont know but every one have dog .and they are very disturbing.

Vinay nagar is the one of the best locality in gwalior .super markets , theatre, shopping malls everything is within 2 km . And house owners are well educated and well behaved . Honestly nobody care about what you are doing in life . electricity is available for 24×7 . All broadband services are available here and if you are here ..you will experience very high speed than anywhere in Gwalior . And most importantly gwalior Fort is very near from vinay nagar . I think under 300 m . So you can walk early in the morning straight to the fort .

I think if you search some negativity in any think then you found . So this is up to you ..and in vinay nagar several boys are walk in night and this look so bad ..when you are passing and you just see boys are using cigarettes with friends . Means this type of thing is not good . And boys are mostly looking at you . If any girl will walk around just think about that

Vinay Nagar is very good location and near to reputed schools, hospitals, banks are available and quite close to Gwalior fort which is pride of Gwalior. And many Temples are also there to gain positive energy . There are many playing parks and garden for children's. Very good markets and Shopping Malls are available at less distance from society. Vinay Nagar is well developed colony. Here is very good transport facility. There is no issue of network here.

Some times rarely light cut off occurs due rain ,storm or in some other critical situations. Roads are well maintained but in some areas bad streets and many bunkers are also there. There is no nearby Metro connectivity. We have to use vehicle or any transport system to go for cinema halls. In some areas there is problem of hygiene and garbage. In some areas there is dust pollution but not more .

In vinay nagar there is good facility of public transport and there are nearly hospital and it is safe area police patrol every day at night there is nearby market also we can shop easily and there no traffic jam in this area and lot of space for parking and road are also build proper

In vinay nagar there is high pollution on roads and lot of garbage and some time there is powercut for long period of time and there is also shortage of water and street light are also not working properly and there are less no of plants

Very good place to live as it located in middle of the city. Hospital and malls are at walking distance. Transportation facilities are very good. Sound infrastructure and security services. Online food deliveries and online shopping deliveries are being easily delivered.

There are no footpath space for people. There is a lot of dust and smoke due to running traffic. Traffic issues also exists. Roads are not smooth. Electricity supply sometimes irregular.

This area is very clean and hygiene. The hospital is very close under 2-3km. The B mart is also close under 5km. The electricity power point is near and the roads is clean. There are no cracks on roads. There are every facilities available like hospital, restaurants, schools, shops, coaching centers, and many things.

There are more then three parks (currently closed due to covid-19). A marriage garden is also there. If you will go little far then you will reach to gwalior fort.

Shopping mall is very ñear walking distance. the shopping mall, hospital, bank with 5 km distance, shared auto, bus private cabs easily available like ola and uber. grocery shop is walking distance

Dust pollution is a problem. construction work by near by areas cause a lot of problems
