    Has the builder of VGN Stafford received all important legal approvals for this project? I also want to know whether Ambattur is good in terms of civic infrastructure or not.

    Hi Jaydeep, for VGN Stafford, the builder has received legal approval from CMDA (Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority). This project is divided in 3 phases. Phase 3 is RERA approved and its RERA registration number is: TN/02/Building/0013/2018; however, Phase 1 and 2 are not RERA approved. This is an Ambattur based project which is a developing residential cum commercial locality of Chennai North. The locality is home to many big industries. Also, due to presence of various IT companies, the locality is quite in demand among IT professionals and is one of the favourite rental destination. There are also plenty of good educational institutions in and around Ambattur. Moreover, presence of Ambattur Lake and various parks makes this place quite a sustainable one to reside. Overall, this is a good locality for residential purpose. However, before planning to purchase a property, kindly visit the site once to see whether it suits as per your requirements or not.

    Please share the list of approved banks offering home loan facility for VGN Stafford. I want to know whether the builder is trustworthy as I am buying a property for the first time.
