    Hi Yug! Vatika Expressions is a ready to move project by Vatika Limited offering 2BHK and 3BHK independent floors in Sec

    tor-88B, Gurgaon. It is part of a 224 acre Vatika India Next 2 township and offers one unit per floor with a total of 3 levels with lift and parking. If I talk about connectivity, then the project is already connected with NH-48 and is linked with the upcoming Dwarka Expressway which is expected to give signal-free connectivity between Delhi and Gurgaon. The expressway is anticipated to be operational by next year, and once it becomes operational, then the distance to the Airport and other parts of Gurgaon will also reduce. Another proposed highway is 352B, which will pass through the dividing road of Sector-88A and 88B. This highway will start from Sector 88A and 88B dividing road on Dwarka Expressway and meet at Gurgaon-Pataudi-Rewari Expressway. The added advantage is the proposed metro route from Gurgaon Railway Station till Panchgaon in Manesar via Vatika Chowk. Therefore, connectivity is going to be robust in coming up years. The only problem is the lack of public transport due to which commutation is a challenge for the residents. Moreover, the area is not safe after sunset owing to low occupancy and lack of streetlight.more
