    Hi KUnal, Currently, Vaishnavi Serene is an under-construction project in Yelahanka, which is considered one of most liv

    able, greener and less-congested areas of Bangalore. Wide roads and proximity to the International airport via NH-9 and NH-7 and emerging social and civic infrastructure has made Yelahanka, one of the most sought-after localities for investment. The society enjoys direct connectivity to major employment hub in Yelahanka and the city via BMTC buses and private cabs through six-lane dual carriageway highway. Some of these are Hospital Main Road, 16th 'B' Cross, in the New Town area, BB Road, Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan Road and Rail Wheel Factory. With the availability of key industries such as Yelahanka Mother Dairy processing unit, Federal-Mogul Goetze, Astra Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, Hobel Flexibles and approachability to Manyata Tech Park and Whitefield IT hub, Devanahalli has attracted working population to buy a property here. The locality prices have been appreciated by 16% from Rs 5,600 to Rs 6,500 per sq ft in the last one year. The project is slated for completion by December 2022. By the time project is completed in [mention the year], the prices will appreciate as there is an upcoming phase 3 of Namma Metro from Carmelaram[Sarjapur Road] to Yelahanka and L&T;IT park is expected to fuel up prices in the coming years. You may also earn monthly rent in Yelahanka between Rs 14,000 and Rs 25,000 per month, primarily for 2BHK and 3BHK configurations. However, before investing here, I would suggest you to visit the site after lockdown is lifted as I have heard that approaching roads near the projects are not in good condition and there are certain flaws in the layouts as well.more
