    What is the price for a 2 bedroom set in Vaishnavi Gardenia? Is the project ready to move?

    HI Pulkit, the price for a 2 bedroom set in Vaishnavi Gardenia would cost you in the range of Rs 59 lakh to Rs 87 lakh, based on the variation in the size of the apartment. This project is under construction right now, and the builder has promised to hand over possession of the entire project by Dec 2019.

    How are the capital rates performing for Vaishnavi Gardenia since the launch? Should I consider it as a good investment option?

    Hi Kamal, yes, Vaishnavi Gardenia is a newly launched project that can be considered as a good investment option. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by Dec 2019. Since the launch, capital rates have spiked here by 22%. However, in the Q4 2018, there is a minimal depreciation of 1%. Still, the price rates are expected to increase in coming time due to upcoming Peripheral Ring Road and elevated expressway from Krishnarajapura to Goraguntepalya which will not only help to reduce traffic levels across Jalahalli but will also leave a positive impact on capital rates. So, if you invest in this project right now, and keep a locking period of around 5-6 years, then you will be able to earn handsome returns on investment.
