Hi Rohit! A 4-bedroom flat in Tulip Violet on rent ranges from Rs.30,000 to Rs.45,000 per month. Maintenance charges in Tulip Violet, Gurgaon is about Rs.3 per sq. ft. excluding 18% GST. Considering the kind of reviews this project has received for its maintenance, I suggest you to inspect at your end and then take the handover of flat. The maintenance team of Tulip Violet is not at all supportive and tries to linger the issue. Also, the clubhouse in society is only for the names sake as it has less space and is not maintained properly. Due to less space, you may find difficulty in accessing it. Apart from it, it has got a gym, jogging track, play area, pool and other such facilities. However, to check the same, a site visit is a must.more
