    Positives
    Sector 36 , Suncity is the pose area of Rohtak, Haryana. Two schools Model School and JP international School is also nearby to the sector. Two Hospitals namely Positron and Nandal hospital are also nearby. There are around 15 parks in the sector where children can play. Gym is also available with advanced facility. Parking space is also good. There are large numbers of trees in the sector. Society is little away from market so there is no issue of traffic jam. There are no seepage issues. All houses are newly constructed. Society is pet friendly. Maintenance service is also quiet good. Shops are also there in the society. Overall this Sector is best among all other Sectors in Rohtak as it is newly built wihin 4-5 years.

    There are many positive things such as Play areas, School of Kids,Senior Citizens' park, Walking Trails Club, Gymnasium and Health Club Sports Facilities ,Adequate power supply ,Ample water supply ,Fool-proof security ,Waste management, Water harvesting systems, Utilization of alternative sources of energy and many more

    Society is well located near City and highway. Proximity to hospital and bus stand is good. Very good schools available nearby. Properly maintained, neat, clean and secure. Plenty of open space and clean air away from city pollution.

    Affordable residential society by suncity heights. The construction is very good. There is enough greenery that is very good. There is also a big pool in society . People with very nice behavior and have a peaceful mind.

    It's a nice society in outskirts of Rohtak but near to New Bus stand. Mostly open area and travelling to other cities is better without going through the traffic of city.

    Very nice environment as the society. It is located in the outer area of the city. It is surrounded by different kinds of trees and plants. Enough parking spaces and no disturbance best areas in the city to live.
