I am looking to shift in Sowparnika Indraprastha Positive Homes with my family. Is this project facilitated with security features like CCTV cameras and Intercom?
Hi Pankaj, Sowparnika Indraprastha Positive Homes is right now an under-construction project which is expected to be completed by Mar 2022. To ensure the safety of residents, the project is expected to be equipped with CCTV cameras at different points to monitor the society on round the clock basis. Also, there will be features such as Intercom that will be used by the guards to crosscheck visitors identity with societys residents. A fully equipped security cabin will also be there, and entry/exit points will be gated completely.

My budget is approximately Rs 40 lakh. Should I make a purchase in Sowparnika Indraprastha Positive Homes for investment point of view? Experts, please share your opinion on this.
Hi Pankaj, I think making a purchase in Sowparnika Indraprastha Positive Homes might prove to be a viable option since this is an affordable category project [starting price is Rs 23 lakh]. Also, as per the information available on builders website, this project comes under PMAY Scheme. So, you may also get various tax-related benefits. At present, the project is under construction, and its expected completion is in Mar 2022. So, there are chances that if you buy property in this project at present and sell it after 3-4 years at the time of completion, you might fetch good returns.
