    Hi Aparajith, currently Central Bank of India is the only bank offering home loan facility to interested purchasers for

    Sona Vistaas. At present, 1 bhk units are available within a size of 472 sq ft, whereas the area range of 2 bhk units is 910 sq ft to 1,314 sq ft, and 3 bhk units range from 1,394 sq ft to 1,941 sq ft. The location of Sona Vistaas is Begur and is located off to Bannerghatta Road. Seeing the frequency of available facilities, it can be said that the project is located in a fully developed area. Proximity to tech parks such as Kalyani Magnum Tech Park and Oracle Technology Park, the area seems to be quite popular among IT professionals. Popular civic utilities such as Royal Concorde International Schools, Jayashree Multi Speciality Hospital, Royal Meenakshi Mall, Chopstick Chopsee Restaurant etc. are just under 1-3 km range.
