    Hi Aadarsh! Sobha Royal Pavilion on Sarjapur Road is a ready to move in project offering 2,3, and 3 bedroom apartments.

    Property rates in this project have increased by 12% in the past 1 year, from Rs 6,000 per square feet to Rs 6,700 per square feet approximately. However, I am not sure if there will be further price appreciation in this project since the property prices here are already high in comparison to the locality rates, which are around Rs 5,000 per square feet. Sarjapur Road as a locality is good for investment purpose since it is in proximity to some of the major IT Hubs of Bangalore- Whitefield, Marathahalli, and Electronic City. Also, the area is well connected with the rest of the city via Outer Ring Road [ORR], Koramangala, and Silk Board. Also, there is a proposed metro line in phase 3 of Namma Metro from Carmelaram[Sarjapur Road] to Yelahanka, which will not just increase connectivity but will also boost property rates in this area.more
