Has the builder made any special provisions for the ease of senior citizens as I will be living with my parents? How good the security measures in the society?

Hi raman, it is a luxurious project situated in Devanahalli, and the builder has made special provisions for the convenience of occupants especially, senior citizens. Modern amenities like separate sitout space, mini forest, landscape garden, Jacuzzi and a reading lounge. Furthermore, the security measures here are quite robust, there is a guard room at the entrance and no one is allowed to enter the premise without a security check. Even, local vendors are not allowed to enter the society premise. There are CCTV cameras installed at several points within and outside the society to keep a vigilant check on any suspicious activity. Police also patrols during night hours for the safety of society occupants and neighbouring projects.

How much is the occupancy rate of units in Sobha Lifestyle as of now? In how much I can get a 5,000 sq ft unit on rent as per the ongoing rates, I need this for 1 year only. Let me know the availability. What is the maintenance and is there an RWA for maintenance concerns?

Nivedita, Sobha Lifestyle is a ready to move in project and has an occupancy rate of 80 percent as of now. Moreover, there are several units that are available on rent and a 4BHK measuring 5,000 sq ft will cost your around Rs 1.4 to Rs 1.5 lakh per month equipped with all modern amenities like AC, geyser, landscaping yard, modular kitchen, gym, swimming pool, parking (+1 visitor parking), private terrace, etc. If you intend to get a unit in rent, you are required to pay 6 or 12 months rent in advance as security. However, as far as the maintenance is concerned, there is an RWA that is handling all the concerns of maintenance and charging at the rate of Rs 2 per sq ft from the occupants for the upkeep of society.
