    Is it good investment to go for pre launch in Sobha forest edge , kanakapura road ?
    Quoted rate for 3 BHK is 1.45 cr ( higher floors , premium flats , 1864 sq ft )

    Sobha has always given a decent returns. The area is developing and with the proposed Kanakpura Metro there should be more appreciation. However I think under construction projects attract GST so you need to work out the complete modalities as well. Kindly understand that the value of a flat appreciates in the first 6 years post which it will plateau. It also depends on the rise in capital value of land in the area and the demand - supply situation.
