    I want to buy a 3 BHK in Bangalore. I have finalised 3 options - Sobha Habitech in Whitefield, Sobha Classic in Harlur and Prestige ParkView in Whitefield. Below- 3 bhk in Sobha H

    abitech in Whitefield - 1.4 Cr 3 bhk in Sobha Classic on Harlur Road - 1.27 Cr 3 bhk in Prestige ParkView - 1.2Cr Which option should I choose? Also, should I wait for 5-6 months to buy any of these property considering property prices will fall down in near future.more

    Hi Rtyfugi, all these 3 projects come from reputed builders in Bangalore namely Sobha and Prestige. However, I think if

    you are okay to spend around Rs 1.5 crore, Sobha Habitech in Whitefield might be the best option for you because of the location advantage. It is at a walking distance from Whitefield Main Road and all the transport options such as cabs, buses and auto-rickshaws remains operational around it throughout the day. Secondly, Sobha Habitech is located quite close to schools, hospitals, malls, banks, etc. Seeing the map of all these three projects, the local around Sobha Habitech seems to be most developed. Amenities such as swimming pool, indoor and outdoor games, gym, jogging track, clubhouse, landscaped garden etc. are available here. However, before making a final decision, I suggest you visit all of these three projects and get a review from a few people living there to know the ground reality.more
