    What is the availability of senior-citizen friendly amenities in SNN Raj Serenity? Are there any issues?

    Hi Raman, being a resident, I have seen SNN Raj Serenity personally, and it is equipped with senior citizen friendly amenities such as separate sit out space, yoga/meditation area, attached shopping complex, grocery shop with doorstep delivery among others. However, SNN Raj Serenity is a good choice for end-use but I have overheard that amenities like play area remain occupied and the maintenance charges are higher than other neighbouring societies which are around Rs 3 per sq ft.
