Sigra is located on the center of the varanasai. In sigra there is a shopping mall named IP Mall. In this area there is no power cuts. Facility of police station , hospitals and banks are available in the walking distance of 5-10 minutes. Main railwat station of Varanasi named-Cant station are at the distance of 2-3km from Sigra. Mobile shops, Hotel, restaurant, vegetable market are also available here in Sigra. It is very calm and peace area. In sigra there is a cricket stadium named sigra cricket stadium which play a significant role for the youth of these localities to make there career in cricket. So much coaching institute are available here for students like current coaching which are for school going students. Institutions for career oriented class also available here like for CAT, IIT, MAT, IIT etc. Multiplex cinema hall are also available here for entertainment. Showrooms for vehicles are also available like TVS Showroom, Hero Honda Showroom etc

Sigra is located at the center of the Varanasi so it is very crowded area. Problem of traffic jam is always facing by the public of this area. Because Sigra is a market hub so here too much vehicles has run in this area that's why this area face the problem of pollution in the Varanasi. This area is so much dusty which is the issue of the public of this area. Price of the products is quit expensive as normal rate in the shopping mall of the Sigra which generally not affordable for middle class family. Area of the Sigra is not so clean and hygienic specially at the vegetable market which may causes dieses for the family living here. Roads are in not so good condition which may leads the several road accidents here. Water available here is not so clean so water purifier is must for each house otherwise it may cause sick and also the problem is every family cannot financially afford water purify.

The Sigra is full of high quality homes people aee belonging to high quality are often use the basket to throw the dust outside the home.The Sigra is most livable place for all and people are mostly uneducated nature that's why you are not known for nagar nigam limited.Sigra has police station Ashok villa home and they are High strict they do not undergoing any Criminal defense against gangsters that roam per day.

The negative points are road accidents that are happening some day and people do not follow traffic rules to obey them to keep themelves away from accident per day.There are no cc tv camera.People hesitate to political parties to tell their stories to ministry of health.Sigra polic are very careless The Sigra is high quality place but people are very careless they do not use helmet while driving.accident can occer if we are careless

All the basic amenities are available here.like shop, school, market nearby.if you living in varanasi for business, religious are professional purpose this is an ideal locality.it is well connected by train, busses and public transports.clam residantial area.vagatable market, shop's, hotel, hospital's, banks are available in this locality.

Sigra is an exceptionally congested area of Varanasi.it does not have good vehicle parking facilities.sigra also has a lot of traffic problem.it is a illuminated place.road repair work goes on most of the time and thair is always a possibility of road accident.

Sigra is the main area of Varanasi city.I am not sure about there connectivity but security and saftey is too good because there is police station and it is vip area.Hygiene are also good because there is municipality office. Environment is too good because there is lot of parks trees.For residents it is always good because there is lot of shopping malls, hospitals 0.5km bus stand and railway station.Sigra is famous for ip Mall and Sampurnanad cricket stadium

It is very crowded area so obviously there is so pollution.Streets are not well maintaine.There is lot of traffic any time.Roads are damages so some water storeges are also there.

It is safe to go outside at late night also as police station are there so on every 2km one guard room is available for the security . Public transport is easily available here . Market for shopping , Banks and medical facilities are also available here. NEGATIVES As for a negative part in this locality is some times due to lazyness of workers parks are not really maintained. Here traffic jam is the big problem during the festival weeks . Their is no metro connectivity nearby

Although society is good but there are a few problems like parking, there aren't any playgrounds, and water issues. There is too much pollution outside on the roads.The area I live in is very good. Things are easily available here. Transport is easy, the roads are good and the neighbours are good too. Easy Cab/Auto Availability Markets at a walkable distance NEGATIVES dislike the society because of poor police response and people who live near me are unhygienic and not politeIn this society i just like one thing that shops are everywhere its not difficult to find grocery stores and general stores

Sigra is the heart of varanasi as it has all necessities near by like Sabjimandi hospitals schools and the best is one can get transportation anytime well maintain roads and nearby police station that's the best part is it's crime free area one can freely enjoy anytime outside. A number of best restaurant are nearby and even the railway station is just 1•5km . All major necessarily are available nearby which makes this area a good place to live.

Due to in middle of town this area do have traffic jams which sometimes irritated. And even this area don't have a good park well maintain so that kids may enjoy. Due to that mostly some idiots do park there vichles outside of yours property which makes this area disgusting.

quite clean and secure area with everything nearby. mall and shopping areas are quite near. environment is good and clean shops, stalls, street food shops, hospitals, police patrolling, gift shops, genral stores, everything you will be needing daily basic needs will be available easily and you will love the area you should once visit the area and see it ypurself

lack of police patrolling it is there but quite low and sometimes it's not there, there's no metro as you know it's not available in this city or state and transportation is okaish you can get cabs easily but u have to wait for some times the area can get very crowded at night times and you will face traffic at office times.

I like the atmosphere and facility of the area and there are number of shops available for what you want to buy and people in this area are much friendly this is the best area in varanasi and price of lands in this area are much high and petrol pump is also near in this area and supermarket and shopping complex and malls theatre and good schools facility is also available cbse icse both fastfood and normal food etc and bank facility is also available

It is covered with many temples. All the required facilities like hospitals ,banks , school, shopping malls etc are within 2 km. Full of security, people can move here -there in midnight without any fear. Pollution is average. 24x7 electricity supply. proper water supply , 2-3 times in a day. people can take transport facilities is within walking distance.

Locality is little bit unclean . Parking space is not much good, people used to park their vehicles anywhere. Due to urbanisation, 24x7 transport noise are there. Roads are not well maintained, water collects in rainy season. There is only one park which is also not in good condition.
