Hi Madhurima! Signature Global The Millennia 2 is an under-construction project in sector 37D, Gurgaon. Price of a 1 bedroom apartment here is in the bracket of around Rs 19 to 20 lakhs approximately. This is the ask price, on this price, you will have to pay stamp duty and registration charges along with GST. Stamp duty on property in Gurgaon depends on the gender of the person on whose name the property is being registered. 7% for male, 5% for females and 6% in the case of joint ownership. Registration charges in Gurgaon for agreement value between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 20 lakh is around Rs 10,000. Since it is an under-construction affordable housing project, therefore, the applicable GST will be 1%.more
