The area is quite pleasant, I enjoy the peacefulness and the public transportation such as buses and autos is always accessible, with the roads being relatively safe. The market is conveniently close by, accessible by walking. Electricity is available round the clock. There are numerous hospitals nearby equipped with excellent medical facilities. Locals are friendly, often greeting each other warmly .

The traffic congestion to be the most frustrating aspect of living here. Parking is a challenge especially for outsiders. The road condition is not so great in some areas, potholes are been a slight problem. Pollution from construction sites, noise and dust is somewhat stressful. No metro service is available here.

Yamuna vihar is very nice place these are the things I like about this place 1) this place is very hygienic and their proper waste management. 2) in each colony there is a park available and there are trees and plants here in large quantities. 3) there are markets nearby and showrooms, food stalls etc 4) this is very safe place and there is no crime happen here 5) everybody here have calm nature. there are no street fight happen and this place is very calm.

Some of the things are dislike about this place are:- 1) there are water shortage in 2 to 3 months by jal board for 1 to 2 days. Jal board inform us in advance about the water storage tank cleaning. 2) this society is located in the mid of unauthorised colonies and societies. Live bhajanpura, Gonda , Shahdara, maujpur etc. government should authorised dam and developed these societies too.

Our neighborhood was too good and very helpful. Near my area all types of day to day facilities are available like schools ,grocery store, medical store ,hospital and banks etc. most of the mobile operators network are available here and bus stand and auto stop is also not far away.there are many wifi provider also available in our area and also quick commerce facilities is also available here.Metro station is also nearby our area.

Sometimes there is water shortage and traffic jam . If in your house If there is space for parking then it is very good but if there is not then you don't park your vehicle on street because thieves steal car batteries sometimes.

I love how welcoming the locality feels, with friendly neighbours, tree-lined streets, and a strong sense of community. It offers the perfect blend of peace and convenience, with everything you need just around the corner. The area is safe at night, has low pollution levels, and provides good transport facilities, including nearby metro connectivity.

What I dislike about this locality is the occasional noise and traffic congestion. At times, it can feel a bit crowded, and finding parking can be frustrating.

Affordable housing , suitable for students and bachelors. Metro connectivity with cabs and buses easily accessible. Market, schools ,parks and hospitals nearby. No crime reported so far. Secure parking options. Street shops are great.

Buildings are designed for cheap rental. Maintenance isn't that good. Frequent power cuts during summer observed. Street lights are not functional. Litter and garbage is often scattered on streets.

The place is great for the environment and the roads are spotless. They are always getting new roads every six months, and they're in great shape. Buses are always available. There are schools, colleges, pubs, and restaurants close by. The parks even have narrow paths for walking.

More people want to live here, so the rents bare going up. There's a lot of traffic, especially during rush hours and the area is more crowded. The water isn't great and we often lose power when it rains.

This area has nice environmental condition and the roads are clean . These roads are newly constructed every 6 months and these roads are neat , well maintained . The buses are continuously available . The schools , colleges , pubs , restaurants are near to our locality . The parks have narrow path for walking .

There is more demand for the property in this locality . So , the rent is more in our locality for residents . There is more traffic jams mainly during peak hours and the area is more crowded . The water is not proper and there is more power cut in our area during rainy day .

each and every day, we will be getting the adequate quantity of water, both for drinking and daily activities. The best schools are located within our surrounding providing the best education facility. Hospitals are also many in our surrounding and they are having their best treatment facilities. Electricity supply will be available for 24 hours here and we never face the power cut problem.

The traffic issue is one of the leading problem in and around our locality, and as the days are passing by the traffic jam, issues are becoming more and more common.

People living in and around our locality are very kind and friendly. The best schools are located here with the best education facility. Roads are very well connected with all the surrounding places. The best hospitals are located here with the best treatment facilities. Even the market is also located at where is small distance. So many shopping malls are also located within the surrounding.

During the summer times, we usually face the water shortage problems. It’s all due to the low level of underground water. Whenever there will be water shortage, we need to purchase the water from outside.

The locality is quite good. I love the calmness, public transport like buses and auto is always available and the roads also safe quite a bit hospital. Malls are available within 2kms. People are also good here. They greet each other around here. Market is also located very near from our location and we can go by walking. Electricity supply will be available here for 24 hours.

What I dislike about my locality is the traffic jam problems. Whenever I will be travelling in hurry most of the times I get struck in the traffic jam and get delayed.
