Sector 8 Dwarka, Delhi

The area has so many trees, parks and the nature is wonderful. There is very less traffic jams and the parks are at walkable distance. The water is continuously available. The buses , rikshaw are easily available within 5 to 10 minutes. The shopping malls, gym, swimming pool, medical shops are within 2 km .

There is very little parking space for vehicles and there are so many street dogs which attack the bike riders at night. There is very little police patrolling in our area. So, it's not safe to go out at night. The area has some space for parking of vehicles in which we need to pay parking charges.

all the basic facilities which are required for living are available in our area. Roads are so well connected with the surrounding places. Hospitals with good healthcare facilities are also available here. Good public transport facility is available for travelling. adequate quantity of water is available for drinking. Market is also located at very small distance.

we can face the traffic jams more frequently in and around our area. The pollution can also be seen more commonly due to the increased usage of the vehicles.

There is parking issues as everyone park there car on road. Electricity problem due frequent outrage.in rainy days street conditions worst.

Dwarka Sector-8 is a very nice locality. The Schools, Hospitals, Shops, ATMs, Fruit and vegetable market are at walking distance. The street is broad enough for extra parking with street light available during evenings.It is a beautiful society ,Dwarka Sector-8 is a very great location. It is well connected to Sector-9 Metro Station. It is a peaceful locality away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi. This location is a major advantage being close to the airport. There is a DTC bus depot, CNG filling station, girl school along with a market which is now well developed with a couple of discount stores opening such as Bachat Bazar as also a Mother Dairy. One of the things that everyone likes are the well maintained public parks .It is best for those who having idea to locate near to airport. It is well planned plotting done by DDA with proper park, sewer, roads etc.

Its all over Good, but do not stay there, because of lots of sounds of Aeroplanes, all over the day & mostly in nights around 11. pm to 4.00 pm so many international flights take off between that time. So please avoid to stay near by Sec-8, Dwarka. and also it lacks of street lights , so avoid to travel at night . Recently there many criminal activities has been done there , also there is not much availability of clean water , sometimes due to large traffic jams and frequently have power cuts , and due to the construction of new buildings in nearby areas , dust is a big issue .Lack of police patrolling and dim street lights makes the last mile connectivity from Dwarka’s Metro stations to housing societies highly unsafe , Though Sector 8 alone has a number of parks, about 50% of these green areas are not maintained and are virtually inaccessible to residents. also due to traffic it causes noice pollution

I live in A block of Sector 8 in Dwarka, Delhi. We shifted here a month back, so far we haven't faced any water shortage in this area. Grocery shops are nearby and you can find necessary supplements 24*7. There is enough space for parking as well. My building has a well functioning lift too. The area is surrounded with too many parks. So overall, nice place to live.

We moved here a month back and since then we have had face 5 times major power cuts here. In this pandemic era when we are working from home it gets really tough to get with 4 hour long power cuts. During rainy season, all the parks and tracks were flooded with water, it got really difficult to even go for basic grocery shopping. Finding rickshaws is also a bit difficult here.

The locality is full of green trees and parks which enables people to do morning walk and exercises. People can easily access the metro sector 8 to commute. Even the delhi dispensary is nearby and lots of pharmacies.

Frequent power cuts and noise of planss hovering above depict a bad picture as it is connected to the boundary of the airport.
