Sector 78, Noida

Well connected to Delhi and Noida via metro and road, my locality is a mix of high-rise apartments and green spaces. Convenient access to schools, hospitals, restaurants, and Markets. Self-sufficient locality with all basic amenities nearby.Good security and maintenance in most societies. There is metro connectivity nearby and one railway station. There is ample parking space in my locality.

There is severe traffic congestion during peak hours, making commutes a nightmare. The roads and sidewalks are poorly maintained. There are limited entertainment options, with no cinemas or shopping malls. The environment is crowded and noisy, with constant construction activity. There are no green spaces or recreational areas. There is also a lack of Street lights and a high population.

The best thing about this locality is the people's sense of community and helpful nature. The security system is excellent, with prompt responses from services like the police, fire brigade, and ambulance. The city provides great facilities for visitors and is known for its religious tolerance and cultural traditions.

This locality is unsafe for women at night. The police might solve cases quickly, but the situation for women is still terrible. The roads are in terrible condition, and politicians have promised progress for years without delivering. Water shortage in the summer is a major issue, and the electricity bills are unreasonably high. Some politicians are trying to make improvements, but they keep failing due to opposition or laziness. The lack of reliable cab service adds to the difficulties. It's time for real change.

I have lived in this city for almost one year. From my experience, it is nice. It is safe at night for travel and entertainment. To my knowledge, there are very few crimes reported here. The police are responsible and good here.

There are no good hospitals in my area, and the infrastructure is not that good. I hope the government will take necessary action on the roads, too.

The area has well-maintained gyms and is a great place to visit on weekends. Public transport is excellent, with no traffic jams near the hotel. Cabs and autos are easily available, making travel convenient.

The road conditions are poor, and there are no schools nearby. Markets are too far from the hotel, and there are no parks in the area.

I have lived in Noida Sector 78 for about one and a half years. The locality is very beautiful. I like it. It has schools, colleges, banks, and ATM facilities. Public transport is very easy here.

Here some industry makes noise pollution. Freshwater problems face all of them.Traffic problems faces in this area at peak times.

1. Sector 78 is located close to major arterial roads such as the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and Yamuna Expressway. 2. The locality has good social infrastructure with schools, hospitals and shopping centers. 3. Sector 78 has several green areas making it great place to live for those who value natural surroundings. 4. There are plenty of housing options available in Sector 78 ranging from affordable apartments to luxury villas, catering to different budgets and preferences.

1. Like most areas in Noida, traffic congestion can be a problem during peak hours. 2. Water scarcity is a common issue faced by residents in Sector 78. 3. The locality is closed to a few industrial areas , which may lead to noise pollution at times.

It was a safe and secure place to live with good communication with people. Hospitals are nearby don't worry about that. Restaurants and shopping malls are just a kilometre away and well-maintained roads. Markets are very nearby. Metro are nearby and easy to travel with that. Easy cab availability with no rare crimes reported. So a great experience to live.

Some poor traffic jams with lots of pollution. Schools are not nearby you have to travel a lot to reach out there. Sometimes power cut is a major issue need to short out this. If you have to complain about any crimes you need to go a long way to report your complaint at the police station. After reaching home there is also a water shortage issue.

The locality we live in quite better than other places where i used to travel in my day to day life. The locality provides you the best transport facilities. But there is some problem with recreational facilities and parks. Society provides you the good people around you. The best thing about the place is that you can go outside in night with no hesitation. Police patrolling is 24×7which ensures your safety. There is a good supply of water and electricity. There is no pollution in your locality. The sewage and drainage system is quite better than any other places in Noida. If you are a frequent traveller then this is the best choice for you. Schools and Hospitals are nearby.

The negatives about this society are about frequent traffic jams which can irritate you and can waste your time. If you order anything online then you have to suffer. Road condition is also not good but this is not too worse.The amusement parks are not so big. If you book a cab then due to traffic the cab will late to reach destination. If you own a car then parking facilities are not much available.Street lights are also not much good but it is quite ok.The shops and dairies are not 24×7. Metro connectivity is also not too good. Laundry facilities are worse. So you have to go to laundry itself to ship your clothes.

I feel that noida sector 78 is one of the best place for living because the best part here is that every thing is not so far like markets, hospital, school, bank and malls. Cafeteria and restaurant are superb here with the with the best theme and best food . Roads are amazing here. And people of sector 78 are very genuine and helpful like my neighbors are so helpful and kind. Environment is wonderful every society and apartment has a garden attached and clubs, sports clubs, committee for solving problem and there are celebrations for every festival.

The negative part I would say that pollution there is a little bit pollution over here . Second thing some times its not that much safe for girls at late night. Parking issues are also become very irritating sometimes and police patrolling is also less here. Due to crowd sometimes we stuck in the traffic. That's all about noida sector 78

This area is one of the commercial and high-tech areas of Noida. This is very clean area. Roads are well-maintained. There are lots of park where people can feel fresh and children can play games. Metro connectivity are nearby available. This area is safe and Police patrolling frequently. There are no Electricity power cuts.

Dislikes about this locality are too much traffic jams due to too much no of vehicles. Air Pollution can be also a factor for dislike, you have to wear masks in festivals seasons due to low quality air and air pollution. This area is safe but if you are a girl then you have to little aware in mid nights when you are outside. Cab drivers are looted and charged too much money for short distance when they know you are new city.
