Sector 77, excellent location boasts high quality environment with a variety of amenities such as markets, schools, hospitals and metro station. It is just a short distance from both the hospital and metro station. The area offers reliable public transportation with well maintained roads. Auto rickshaws and Uber services are available. It is also home to numerous parks and green spaces.

High pollution levels including air, soil and noise pollution mostly from construction sites. There is no temples present, and it's densely populated. There are several parks available but not very well maintained. The area is surrounded by numerous construction sites for commercial and residential projects. Traffic congestion, at peak hours is common around here.

Sector 77, Noida is a very good place. It is an excellent area. It is a very good locality with market, school, atm, metro etc. It is near to bank and hospitals. It is a very calm and quiet place. No traffic jam in this area. It is just 4 km from the hospital, 5 km from the metro. In this area very good public transport is available. In this area, the road is very well and good school are nearby. Many parks are seen in this locality. No power cuts in this location. Very safe at night in this place. It is a very good and extraordinary place.

In sector 77 Noida is a very high pollution area. Example- air pollution, soil pollution, sound pollution etc. In this area, water is very shortage. No suitable environment in sector 77 Noida. There is no temple in this place. It is a very crowded area. Highly air and water pollution in this place. No rivers in this area.

Literally central Noida with good connectivity from South Delhi through Expressway, Gr. Noida, Ghaziabad and Central and East Delhi through NH24 with personal conveyance. Open area with several parks, broad roads and public toilets within vicinity. Several markets within walking distance for daily groceries, medicines and huge market for buying fruits and vegetables at reasonable prices. Lastly, metro station at walking distance.

While the 7x sectors have great connectivity, there is a dirth of public transport especially sector 77. There are several parks around but none maintained. Dogs, cows and buffalos in open is a nuisance. Irregular Ganga water supply makes tds levels high. Lastly, several under construction / stalled commercial and residential projects around which will ensure higher pollution for coming few years.

Sector 77 is a very good locality. And we'll connected with the other parts of the city. It is connected by trains, buses. In this locality Market, hospital, school, College are available. Road connectivity is also good at this location. Fortis hospital is very close and metro is also there. NH-2 Noida City centre near by projects are Supertech, Amraplai and many other roads are already constructed. 77is excellent located area at Noida.

In this area I faced traffic jam near by. And when I walk on the road air smelly polluted. Also Dust entered in my ways and hair. Hotel's owner not good in this area. When I eat some fool from the hotel thay charged more. And also misbihave me. In this area I faced power cuts. If the power cut then light come after 10 to 15 minits. At night not safe here, Because in this area at night thief are wondering.if thay seen you not leave you. Loot Everything from you. Always I suffered parking space problem. when I go buy some things to purchase from shops I don't found park my bike.

I'm living here from last 3 years, Great area to live as bachelor or with your family and friends. Environment is good as there are many trees and plants near society and road, market and daily need shop is nearby society, you can go to walk. Security is tight

There is no such thing that you dislike about this area or society, if you have children who goes to school then there is no school nearby society. Transportation is not nearby, if you want to go by auto or taxi then you have to wait too much.

Very good place locality for living with well maintained roads with very good hygine. The area also have metro connectivity.Morover police station and hospitals ate available nearby. Market is available at a walking distance. The area has no water shortage and no power cut problems.

There is nothing much to dislike about the are. But there must be some more street lights available at this area and police patrolling must be there at night.

Sector 77 society name civitech sampriti . Very good environment with lots of facility 24×7 grocery or medical facilities lots of food outlets like kfc mithaas and cake corner, gym facility is also available and lots of local vendor is also present. metro station is only 6-7 min away, Society having lots of security guards. Auto is easily available. Overall is Good experience

Negative is actually this sector is situated is far from local market . Logix mall is also situated far without vehicle or public vehicle you can't go

all necessary things like hospital shops are in near 7 km. the environment is very pleasant. the cabs and all primary transports are available. the road are decently maintained. there is ample parking space.the place is safe at night.

there is some power cuts issues at morning. the population is high .there is some crime reports in past few days. there is no good school or college in about 10 km. due to construction work in nearby areas, pollution is a major issue.there is very low police patrolling in the area

It is an excellent area to live in sector 77 with all amenities and assential items available nearby. Overall complex community is young and vibrant. Ample playgrounds and childrens ride available. Security and safety are very strong. Environment is very good.

Only society with single entry and exit gate. No proper distribution of space between towers. Berry small club house and charges are exhobirant.

Nice residential zone with various society and shopping areas near by. Basic needs and mall is also nearby. Metro and auto facility is easily available.

Internal approach road needs to be repaired. Community zone and public parks to be renovated . Government Public Health center needed.
