There are many things that I like about my locality some of which includes the availability of water, walkable distance of market. And the best thing about this place that my office is just few minutes away from my place and can easily get auto with minimum price.

There are some negative things as well like the traffic problems I used to face often getting late to work. And poor hygiene which is really hard to deal with especially during rainy days. Also it's hard to get good hospital during emergency.

Excellent location well connected with Delhi , Greater noida, Noida extension, Ghaziabad, etc. One of the best location in Noida, situated on the main road dividing sector 76 and 75 . Shopping malls like spectrum metro mall, schools, hospitals, restaurants, etc are available within a few distance from the society. It is perfect from the perspective of location, availability in neighborhood, safety purpose, commuting, prime location, facilities, etc. Beautiful green and clean environment and co operative neighbors.

Sometimes streets and roads are not cleaned properly. Due to high density population, parking issues occurs. Street lights are less and sometime not working properly. Less space for the pets to roam around the locality.

Even, there're many power outages in the sector which affect appliances.
