Since the place is located in a prime area, the rent is very expensive. The resident faces parking space issues a lot. The parking spaces were limited and not enough. In the summer times when the demand for water is high, the water supply can occasionally face disruptions. The noise pollution due to the heavy traffic can be intolerable at times. Sector 47 has more than 10 parks in different blocks. There is also a good drainage system. At last this sector is best place to live in Noida currently. There is good public transport and metro connectivity system nearby. There is schools, hospitals and markets everywhere.

In this area pollution is more important issue. Air pollution, water pollution and noise pollution is very high in this area. Traffic jams also a lot. Parking issue also. Many time electricity cuts off. In this society no one used to play football and cricket. There is also frequent crimes reported at the station. There is also sometimes lack of water shortage happens for which we often face many problems.
