Clean and neat environment here , no air pollution , broad and open houses here that's why no densely populated area , good schools are nearby , markets are also available on alternate days , ample parking space here , porche are so no power cuts here , good hospitals are also very near here this area is safe at night , street lights are also lit and well maintained , enough parks and the parks are neat , clean and well maintained, very low pollution here.

Public transport are very far from here , if anyone don't it's own Vehicle then there will be big problem for him , no cab and auto availability here , there is no auto or taxi stand nearby , metro is also very far from here , approx 2 hour taken to reach the nearest metro station that is bahadurgarh city , sometimes in day time traffic jams also happens here

The roads or streets in this sector are neat and clean and wider than other sectors. Good greenery provides healthy environment. Parks available for morning or evening walk. Easily accessible public transport. Easy cab/auto or OLA or Uber availablity. No traffic problems. Frequent police patrolling at day and night. No water shortage. No power cuts. Low pollution. Open area. The shopping malls are at walking distance. Bus stand is nearby.

Plots still left vacant and hence could provoke any accident. Due to construction work in nearby areas, like suncity, dust pollution is a major issue. Grocery shops are far away from the locality. Not safe to go out at night.

The best part about this part of Rohtak city is the quality of the locality is one of the best in whole Rohtak city. The houses that are bulit here are great. The street are wide and clean. No issue of traffic. Supermarket, stadium, park, malls, bus stand are at just walking distance. Good Schools are nearby as well. This is one of the cleanest area of Rohtak.

The negative part of this region is sometimes the street are not well built and it takes a lot of time for the municipality to do the work on them. The railway station is very far from here. Public transport is not available here at all. During rainy season the water stands on the Street and takes many days to get evaporated because of the poor sewage system. The rent for tenants is also very high.

Sector area is good in terms of traffic jams, roads, parks. Like there is almost no traffic jams as sector is some what on the outer are of the city. And also roads are good here and well maintained. Also there are many parks nearby to roam around. And also most importantly there is lot of greenery in the area. As far you can see there is greenery everywhere. There are rarely any power cuts in the sector area which is good for summer. Everyone here has their own parking space as there is lot of space for parking. There is low pollution in compared to the inside bof the city as there are too much less vehicles roam around.

The negative thing about sector is it is almost on the outer side of rohtak. So, there are very few shops around to buy the things or household items. If you need to purchase something you have to go for many km's to get the thing. There are no schools near by. None of the main schools or college are around sector. There is almost no facility for medical aid near by. There are many hospitals in the city but not around or near sector which is not good. There is no proper police patrolling around here. The roads goes deserted at nights. There is no metro connectivity and also poor transport facility.

Hospital and banks are within 2 km. Grocery and medicine shops are in walking distance. It is safe to go at night from home. Autos and public transport are easily available . Food is available 24*7 Parks are there at every 1-2 kilometres. It has stadium near for play and acedemic activities. Tutions and coaching centres are also available in this society.

Railway station is far away. Good schools are not nearly. There is less parking space. frequent power cuts and voltage issues are there. Due to construction there is lot of pollution and dust around.The society have less recharge shops for recharging.it has low lightning .

Best location in rohtak for residential property,hospital,gym,school all are at walking distance,shopping mall and grocery shops at walking distance.It is safe to go out during night time,Rajiv gandhi stadium sports ,bus stand nearby approx 1.5km.all amenities required for good life style available.roads are 40meters and 24meters wide.

All good except public transport connectivity.All houses not constructed so work is still under progress.

It's in a perfect Location. We had wonderful stay here.The staff was great and always so welcoming. Nice hotel in Rohtak . The staff here was so friendly and helpful. Good food.Well Equipped and in good condition rooms.

The condition of roads in Sector 4, Rohtak, is worse than the streets of a village. The photograph of a road near the smaller park shows an open manhole which has been lying open for about one year. This manhole is a threat to children and stray animals. The 50 per cent road is also broken, which leads to frequent accidents

Really good area and great environment to live so it has less traffic . Really quite place no noise is there of traffic . The people of the locality are really helpful and loving so great place to live good transportation and easy cab available for travelling purposes school facilities nearby good security of the area

Really quite place so if your are alone so you will get bored easily. Really tough to buy place here as it is one of the porche area so it is quite costly so everyone can not afford here . The area is far from bus stand so have to travel larger distances

The environment is very peaceful and serene. People are friendly and the place is well connected to the market. There are no network issues and the roads are really well- maintained. There is a lot of greenery around and many parks for recreational purposes. The pollution levels are low. Crimes are rare and there is frequent police patrolling.

Metro connectivity is not there. So its a bit inconvenient if you want to travel to Delhi. There are no big malls as such so many brands aren't available in the city. It also feels a little bit unsafe at night.

Our locality has almost all the necessary facilities from parks and playing grounds to close markets. The market is full of restaurants and dining facilities where one can find all the delicacies they wish for. Even the metro will be available in this area in about an year which will connect rohtak to the capital i.e. New delhi. The houses are established in a well organised fashion and boards are set up so that people can easily find out where someone lives. Parlors and kirana shops are also available.
