Sector 36 is just a 8-10 minutes drive from the central city markets.There are also transport options such as auto rickshaws. The Rajiv Gandhi stadium is just 6 minutes away, which is a significant advantage. The area is excellent, with hospitals and schools all within a 5 kilometer radius. The shopping mall in Skytech mall, offering a variety of shopping options, movie theatres etc.

A few roads are a bit damaged,but not all of them. There are been construction works ongoing on and on, so dust and noise is a frustrating fact. There aren't many stores in this area. Cab availablity is also very limited here. Sometimes, when the weather's bad, we get power outages. Traffic around here is a bit stressful at times. Parking is also like that, especially for visitors.

area is too good and neighbours are very helpful. all facilities are available at this place such as hospitals, market, bus stand and many more. lovely thing is, environment that i love . no pollution even broad road, no hassle. security is also okay because a security guard is available on every gate. so, no think more and go ahead for it.

its too far from mainmarket in rohtal, its basically outer part of rohtak. government water is not too good. many houses are empty, so feel anxiety here. reliance fresh and other malls are away from it and you can not take auto easily firtsly you have to go outside from the gate, then you can get auto.

Environment is good as my village. Fresh air and flowers in the lawn. Open area to play kids. No more traffic. Very quiet and silent place. Schools are near by. All facility like gym grocery shop fruit and vegetable shop medicine shop are nearby. As it is out of city there is no problem of traffic jam. I like it and suggest to live a better life here

Not safe at night. Drinkers are found in the streets. Mobile network issue. No public transport you can only commute with your personal vehicle. There is no good hospital nearby. As it is out of city you have to take 15 minutes more for every work. No garments shop nearby. People through garbage here so a bad smell happens sometime.

The Locality is very good and Hospitals and Schools are within 3KM . sector 36 is 10 min away from the main city markets . transport facilities are also available like AutoRickshaws . Rajiv Gandhi sports complex (Stadium) is 5 min away which is a great plus point. Huda Gymkhana Club is 5 min away. Nearest Shopping Mall is Skytech Mall which has shopping areas,Movie Theaters etc. And it is 5 min dirive from the sector 36

Cabs are not available in this area . there are not so many shops in the sector. Land is a little expensive to buy here. Sometimes power cuts happens in bad weather. Some roads are little broken but not all. Now days there is a lot of construction going on which causes dust every where. Some internal roads have pathholes . as it is a sector area you not see a lot of people wondering around. Massive heat during the Summers. And Freezing cold during winters because it I surrounded by farming lands.

Sector 36 Rohtak is outside from the city. So that there was some problems are facing that area like not suitable good public transportation like auto availablity. An one other issue is cleaning and hygiene

Sector 36 Rohtak is a very good connectivity in the city of India. Very good environment are available here. Very good society for the living purpose. All types of facilities are available here like park,market and many more.

I the sector 36 in rohtak . My experience about that is that network connectivity Is fine and the water quality is is also good . People never get tension in the supply of electricity and other nathural resouraces . Life style is very good

Good roads connectivity and road conditions are also very good near by sports stadium and new bus stand. Also near by to government industrial training institute and some international level schools. Fresh Water and drainage are also very good.

Far from main city, need your personal vehicle to commute. Main city market is also very far from here. You need your personal vehicle to commute to the main city for everything. Auto and Taxis are not easily available here.

Good Atmosphere, Nearby International Level Stadium and SUPVA, New Bus Stand. Area is surrounded by Parks. Government ITI, Rohtak etc. Nearby a Best International School for Education.

Currently this area is outside of the city and not well populated, so need your personal vehicle for travel means not well connected by auto and cabs to the city. Secondly Very high rates for land. Very far from City Centre and main bazaar.

Rohtak sector 36 is a lot Quantity of facilities. Safety and security is better but environment is average and connectivity problem in my city . Rohtak is best for live lifetime. I love my city

In my city rohtak sector 36 school is far from my sector. And street light are not available. metro connectivity is not available and road conditions is poor
