The locality is overall a very good one it has well maintained and extensive network of roads and the standard of living of people is high and all people are friendly

At some location the roads are under construction and there no availability of metro services also there is no barrier on intruders and the crime rates are high also there are frequent cases of water logging

Location wise it is a residential area with easy access to various parts of the city. Air is clean in comparison to rest of the city. The people of the area are friendly and helpful. Accessible to most of online delivery services. Grocery store are also within walking distance. There are stadium and hospitals in the area. There are also numerous parks in the area. Also, most of the area is free from noise pollution. There are also some schools with good reputation in the area.

The roads have a poor drainage system. Although the pollution is less in comparison to other areas of the city but it is still significant. Most of the inner roads have potholes and there maintenance is irregular. Railway Station and Bus Stand is at a considerable distance. There is a lost of dust pollution near the main roads due to traffic.

The area is so quite and peaceful, away from the hosh-posh of the crowded parts of the city. We have schools and market near us. Market is just at a walking distance of 5-10 min, where can find every necessary item easily. The environment is so clean and the streets are well lighted. Every street has 1-2 street lights which are in working condition. And the parking facility is good. Overall one can easily survive with all the basic needs done.

There is not any facility of having public vehicle. It is so uneasy for all of us to have public vehicle near our home. We need to travel for few kms to have the same. Also there are not so many parks in the area. We have very few parks in our area and even not so close. There are some patholes in some streets due to which we face a lot of problems during rainy season.

This is a very nice please it has a good public transport there are no traffic jams nearby. there are a lot of well maintained Ayurvedic and natural hospitals and a lot of other allopathic hospital so so there are good schools nearby well maintained rules are also there so it is a nice place you can think of buying a house here or you can today war you can stay in the hotel for if you are travelling there are no power cuts hair usually so it is a nice.

There are no drawbacks here or no negative point because there is regular police patrolling here and there are very few number of Pieces so it has valid streets and the residents are happy living here it is a nice place overall there are no drawbacks it has what regular water supply there is no water shortage the electricity is also supplied nicely there is no power cut .

sector 3 rohtak is good for living rent is not high. good rooms are available in medium rate like 1500 to 2000. traffic jam is not high in this area. this area is safe at day or somehow at night for both girls and boys. good school amd colleges near sector 3 also coaching centres are for comptetitive exam prepration. enough parks and also parks are well maintained by nagar nigam. no water and electricty shortage.

little police reporting in this area. no good hospital near sector 3. market is not big near sector 3. little parking space. somehow clean but not perfectly clean and hygiene. no metro connectivity near this area.

In this colony very good environment. This colony is very clean and hygienic. In this colony very low polloution also. Around this colony good schools and good hospital are also available. And electricity is also available 24 hours. Markets are available at a walkable distance. This colony also safe at night. Roads are very clean and well-maintained. And parking space is also available in this colony.

In this colony no parks are available. Parks are available outside the colony. And also there is no good public transport. In this colony there is availability of auto and cabs. And also there is no facility of metro. Autos and cabs are available outside the colony.

The Roads are very broad and no traffic jam. The whole sector is enclosed by a boundary and only 2 gates are there so it is very minimum chance for the outsider to enter and it is very good for the resident and even in nights the safety is also enhanced by this. There are many parks in the whole sector and they are spread in all over, providing very good facility for all the residents. There is very very rare power cut the power supply is also 24×7. The security is also very good and the security guard is even do duty in night and no outsider without any solid reason is allowed to enter the gate without any known in the sector. patrolling of police is also regularly, overall I am very satisfied to the security of the whole sector. Well maintained roads by the government body. Very pleasant and pollution free area and the greenery is also maintained. The society is very good and all rich and educated people lives there and living standard is also very well. Overall I rate the property 9.5 out 0f 10.

Due to very big in area the public transportation is quiet less one has to travel to the main gate to Take auto and taxi and is summer's it is very difficult to go to the gate. The school is quiet far from the sector but mostly all school bus comes there. The government hostpal is also quite far from the sector. The main market is also quite far as it is situated outside the main city so one has to travel for the main market even there is small market there and also weekly vegetables and fruit market there for the daily needs. The shops are also less as they are limited in the sectors so from my house the shop is quite far and for a lazy person like me it is difficult to go and get the stuff needed. Overall all things have their pros and cons but overall the area is good for living.

Firstly, the sector area in our side is good in terms of noise pollution or say traffc jams or road condition its all good. As sector area is on the off side of Rohtak and because of that there is almost no noise pollution, and also because of that there is almost no traffic jams inside the sector area. And most importantly road are well maintained. There are many parks near by and in sector area you can see greenery everywhere which is good and too much important for our earth. And, also everyone is nice here and also its kind of a Posh area of Rohtak.

There are too bad things about sector area which need to be taken care of. Firtly, there is almost no Police Patrolling around here. Secondly, as sector 3 is at the outer area of our city so at nights sector streets go blank like there are too few people that you can find. So its not safe to roam around there at night its not safe at all. And also neighbors are good but none of them is interact with each other. Like in sector no one mostly knows who lives next door as if nobody cares. They just performs a formality with each other in neighborhood. You can be lonely there.

The Markets are very close by not even a kilometer distance, there is a super market near by and every morning and evening there are vendors who deliver veggies to home. It is quite safe to go out even at night. There is a park near by with certain open gym equipment. Uber are easily available. The locality is clean and hygienic. It has quite an amount of greenery as well and so it has low pollution.

There is not a proper arrangement for parking space and most of the people park outside their house and so the road becomes a bit congested. Their is a group of stray monkey's which comes every now and then,

The environment is hygienic and almost no power cuts and well maintained roads and pgims is around 4 km away .Market is also at walkable distance .pollution is also low and good schools present nearby.not much traffic jam,gud education facilities and healthy environment.there is amole parking space and well lighted streets

There is no metro connectivity nearby and some noise pollution need to be faced there as main road is nearby and water quality is not so good .Few crimes are reported there.Sometimes especially in summer , power cuts are there .Street vendors encroached over the road and occupy tha large space
