Sector 122, Noida

All the facilities are available nearby and we don't have to go to others place for facilities. Like schools, park or playgrounds, metro station is little far away but not too far, markets are at walkable distance, big stores, restaurant are also at walkable distance.

As sec 122 is close to Village to soo roads are not well maintained and less hygienic and clean area, street lights are not working well.

The nearby metro station and hospital is about 5 km best public transport convenience available at the foot steps. From hygiene standard it is a quiet impressive place surrounding by classy sectors and Porsche area. For security purposes there is a police station at a distance of five foot steps over all peoples are very lenient and qualitative. So I thing for residents it is the going to be the 1st choice. And u will also got shopping complex and stores in just a distance of foot steps.

There is an only one problem that's is huge traffic during rush hours coz it's on that place where noida joins to greater noida so this a reason and due to heavy traffic pollution increase at rush hours

There for 4 months when I am on my industrial training in my hotel cause I am doing the hotel management degree and I found that this area is a good metro connection and good hospitals nearby and public transport what good and the food the local food is good I can see the best if you order and swiggy the order so very fast delivery comes very fast so that's good for good for us and sometime that road are well maintain and schools are nearby distance I doesn't have a bike but there for the area as a good partner and this area is good.

What I dislike about that area that this area doesn't have pure year to breath because noise a concrete City so I doesn't have the proper natural view of from my terrace if I open my window I just only have to see buildings of concrete so I am understand environmental pollution so I doesn't like to live here and I doesn't like about that roots are doesn't well maintain and markets for May before no police petroleum regularly and sometimes I have to face water issues water issues sometimes my landlord had doesn't water supply for us so we have to just password from the one bucket of water approx 50 l for 1 human and we have to survive for 24 hours on that

If you enter in this area you will feel the cleanliness, safety and security. In the past, this location was well known for crimes, but in this time, this is the most developed area. The complete area is covered with boundry walls and all the societies are protected by security guards. Best hospitals are hardly 5 minutes away and more than 5 schools are available nearby. After entering here, you will get a lot of parks.

Public transport is a big issue at this side. If you come here, you will realise the lack of battery operated rikshaw. If you will book Uber or ola, if will take upto 15 minutes to reach you. The markets are not nearby. There is a major issue of metro connectivity. For this reason, you will think twice after going anywhere in the night.

Sector 122 is a well-developed sector in noida with good infrastructure and connectivity. It’s located in central of noida, with easy access to major highways and roads. The area has a number of schools, some hospitals and shopping malls nearby. The sector is also home to a number of parks and green spaces. As per my knowledge the society has more than 6 parks. The crime rate in sector 122 is relatively low, making it safe place to live (I never saw a single small crime in the society nonetheless).

The traffic can be heavy during evenings and the cost of living is relatively high. Additionally, there is no Metro Station in sector 122 so residents have to rely on taxis,(Ola,Uber,Rapido) for public transportation. Although it’s a peaceful society, but there are Other areas in Noida that may be a better fit.

It has good connectivity to all important places like hospitals, schools and metro station etc. It is located in the centre of Noida with close excess to the major highways and important roads, FNG. Expressway and Noida Extension are well connected this locality.

There is no swimming pool, no club house, no street light maintained, no video bell as mentioned, no fall ceiling, even no electricity meter, all residents are struggling for completing jobs.

The grocery store, shopping malls are close to the house. There is a mother diary within the locality. Metro is 10 minutes away and all the shops, including stationeries, photocopy etc. Clothes shop, restaurants are nearby. One can enjoy late night walks and hospitals are also at a distance of 10 mins maximum.

Very high traffic at peak hours, and construction is always going on. The workers and labourers stay in the society and good hospitals are not nearby.

I am here about 20 years ago, and i am feeling so greatfull cause of many reasons as there is no noise of traffic, lots of plants and well mannered parks nearby, easy public transport available, well mannered roards, hospital and schools are near, power cuts for very less time, safe at night, near police station, rare crime reported, clean and hygienic, low pollution, no water shortage.

According to me there is very less reason for disliking this locality, cause everything is near. But there is very few things are missing like no nearby airport and railway line for long transport.

This place has very well planned roadways system. We have a very large park in our locality. Transport system is very good. Almost all the the online and offline services are available in this place. Hospitals are at easily reachable distance from here. And there is almost no power cut at all here.

There are some things that have disappointed me. Here air pollution and noise pollution is at peak. Crime rate is also something to be looked at here. Metro is little far from here. There are only few schools available here.

Hosipal is 1 kms distance metro is 2.5 kms distance shopping is 5 kms distance hotels is nearby. Daily need shop is outside the gate.transport is outside the gate. Ola uber connectivity is very good . very nice parks are inside the socoety.school is outside the society gate which is very good school

There is no negative things in the society. Every thing is very good in comparison to other societies
