Nearest sector to Delhi. Medical College and University nearby, the most happening place of Rohtak right now. All top restaurants and mall nearby. Greenery all around. Parks in plenty.

Roads need repair. The municipality should focus on providing basic amenities. Monkeys and stray dogs should be caught and freed in the jungles.

Sector 1 in Rohtak is a vibrant and bustling area. The locality offers a great mix of residential and commercial spaces, making it convenient for resident and visitor alike. The streets are well-maintained and there are plenty of amenities nearby including shops, restaurants and parks. The community here is friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall charm of the area. If you are looking for a lively and convenient place to live is definitely worth considering.

One potential dislike of Sector 1 could be the lack of convenient public transportation options. This might make it challenging for residents to commute or travel to other parts of the city easily.

Sector 1 is one of the most prime localities of residential apartments after Model Town and Sector 14. It has good Public transportation facility as you can catch busses either from Jat Bhawan or Delhi Bye Pass which are very close to Sector 1. Auto and Cab facilities are available at door step. MARKET Place is also available within the sector. Hospital like Noble Heat and Holy Heart are just 200 meters away from Sector 1. Gd Goenka and IB Junior wing schools are also there inside Sector 1 premises.

1.Railway station far away. 2.Not safe at night. 3.The pol ice station is far away 4.No hospital nearby.

The only negative point according to me is that some roads are not well maintained in Sector 1. Some parts of Sector 1 roads are not being reconstructed as there is some tender issue going on... Earlier there was no issue of maintenance of roads. Rest it is best residential area after Model Town

It is well populated and porche area . Well educated people are living here . Best hospitals of rohtak city is available 2 km around this area , Best schools of rohtak city is around 5 km of this area . This is well hygiene and well maintained area . The security are very strong here , every street has its seperate lock gate . Safe in night , market nearby , public transport near by , cab near it .

This location now a days have more pollution than average due to the increase of public transport because many roads are constructed now a days due to this all the traffic are converted to this route . So only two or three negative are in this area , 1st is heavy traffic all the time and due to this heavy pollution also

most developed sector in rohtak as university is quite near very close to imt area, well constructed roads , all amenities are near about 10 minutes , well connected to city, near to pgims , as many outlets are near to about 5 min drive and water problem is less as compared to other sectors. near to mall ,cinema theatre etc.

main issue with sectors is security as many theft reports are coming off lately. as many jeweler shops are located in old rohtak area which is quite far, not a friendly neighborhood , prices are quite high ,and problem of electricity is coming off lately so that's why i shifted from sector 1

Sector-1 is the most developed and oldest sector in Rohtak. it is very beautiful as well as very clean and hygienic. No water shortage, no electricity problem. Shopping complex, Banks, Schools , Hospitals are within 2Km. There are enough parks and garden in sector1. Shared auto facility is also very easily available. Grocery shops are within walking distance. MD University , Delhi road is very near. A quiet and peaceful place to live.

It is not safe to go out at night because this place is very quiet. Main market of Rohtak which is Quilla Mohalla which is far away from sector1. Many theft also happened many times as it is very quiet place .The internal road have pothholes. sharing rickshaw facility is not available. Street food and fine dine is not available for that you have to order or have to go out from sector.

In sector 1 area there are rarely any traffic jams as it is somewhat outer side of the city. There are averagely public transport like auto or bus somewhat available. The road conditions are preety good here. And also roads are well taken care of form time to time. There are many parks around the area. All parks are well maintained like cleanliness and proper hygine. There are almost no power cuts around here which is good.

There are few backdrops about sector like there is no schools around the area. There are no hospitals nearby which at sometimes are very bad. And government should be taken care of this. And also the main market is far away from the area which is disturbing cause if you want something you have to travel many kms for buying something. The roads are deserted at nights. There is no proper police patrolling around the area. Street lights are not working properly that may cause accident and I mean some serious accidents.

This place is very good in terms of roadways public transportation as there are cabs and buses available at a distance of less than 1 km. And the lanes of this are aree fully covered with trees which even enhances air quality and looks of the locality. There are markets available where you can buy daily required items and there are very good restaurants also available near this location.

The negative point of this area is no connectivity to railways. Rohtak railway station is nearly 5km. Away from this area and even some of tge inner lanes have potholes and there are lot of empty space due to which insects may disturb your rest time. And in terms of safety thus area is not soo good. On a scale of 1-10 safety is 6.5 as there are some theft complaints registered occasionally.

The Medical PGI Rohtak is within 3-5Km. The all big branded shops & shopping malls are near within 2-3Km. Banks are within 3-5 km. Grocery shops are within walking distance. It is safe to go out at late night As Police Riders are on Patrolling all night. Shared autos are easily available at the Auto stand on Main Road or sometimes in the Sector also. Roads are neat and clean. Proper space for parking of vehicles in front of the Houses. School's & Colleges & M.D.U. University is within in 2-3Km. Playgrounds for children's to play. Jim's are also there for the fitness purposes.

Traffic Jam is common during Office time early morning or coz of CNG Station is there a big line for CNG vehicles are there for refilling which creates a mess. Dust and automobile pollution is very common due to Traffic Jam in outside the Sector Main Road. Due to many Restaurants, Cafe's & Car shops there is less availablity of Car parking in the sides of the road coz already several vehicles are parked there. As a very busy road the roads are not good enough on the outside of sector.
