xpected to be ready for possession by 2021 tentatively. I have heard that there is a lot of foul smell in this area as there is a dumping ground and an open drain in proximity. The project is in proximity to ORR thereby providing easy connectivity with the other parts of the city. Buses are not very accessible here since the nearest bus stop is at least 1-2 km away, however, cabs and autos are available here. Balagangadharanatha Swamiji Station on the purple line is around 4 km away from here. Schools like StJoesph's Convent, Noble High School and Sujuna Montessori School among others are nearby.
