First of Town is well developed with ton of service & there are parks statues good average life style of people schools yeah not there but well connected with city Rohtak even School buses also reach there from cities like rohtak & Bhadurgarh. Grocery Shops Nearby Hospitals 3 min away Metro away 30 min & 50min away Airport well centralised Lush Green Surrounding & chances of Growth with new sectors are Flourishing.

Yeah Negative are tough to write but as a loyal we have to share that Vendors Problem Dust Pollution is concern but not that much in Summer Street dogs a lots which will not fell u sleep well during night DJ problem during evening Cows misbehaving in Jamming the Road

Sampla is a good place for students and working people .There is also government polytechnic college in Sampla . there is also civil hospital in Sampla.There is also bus stand in Sampla from where you can get bus for delhi and more cities.There is also a big market and Sabji Mandi in Sampla

But There is also some negative point in Sampla .The first one is problem of water .In Sampla water shortage is normal . People have suffer from shortage of water for many days . Another one is electricity problem.In Sampla people also suffer electricity cut problem for many days .the timing of electricity is below average same as water.

Due to the plantation of trees all around here,the environment here is very clean.Policemen roam for security at night. There is no water problem. Hospital facilities here very good.Playground are bulit here for the children to play. We feel safe here.

Dogs keep barking here,which makes people very upset to sleep at night.People get very lat water here. Electricity always keeps on coming here which causes a lot of trouble to the people. Night security is very bad here. Rail and metro problems are very less here.

It is kind of local area so good schools are near by for children. It gives kind of proper village life feel. And thus it is less polluted as compared to proper Rohtak city. Moreover its just 1 km to Rohtak city thus all the facilities of the city is easily available.

The facilities are not good in proper Sampla. It is village type so we dont have proper malls, not maintained parks, not gym, occasionally get clear properly and the issue of water. In rainy season, the supply of water is very bad-it stinks and its sewerage water.

Located on nh 10 sampla is a developing suburb of rohtak. Road and train connectivity is very good. Public transport is also good with frequent buses and train. Road conditions is okayish. Crime rate is slightly high but things are improving.

Crime rate is slightly high. Hospital facility is also not very good here for schools also you have to go near main rohtak town.

this is very good place for shopping . there are many restaurants in this area and many parks for children .surrounding is clean and hygienic and also pollution is very low

there are no metro connectivity poor public transport and also parking issues. there are no cab availability and little bit traffic jam .there are more sound pollution in this area .

Sampla is a very safe place and very good for those who do their jobs in Delhi or rohtak because of transport service,very quick service have cabs/auto and have a bus stand or railway station. Just a few steps have a big market . And also two national highway. Awesome place.

I am not disappointed or concerns about the locality because all necessary services is available in this city.

Tere are 3 park.tere are many schools. Tere are 3 hospital.tere are sabji mandhi . railway station are available steat are neat and clean

There are some pathholes on roads.Roads are not so well maintained . Enough space in park

This place have school near 2 km., college near 3 km., gym also near 500 m. And also shopping complex beside gym and have good roads.
