Palm Olympia is one of the best gated community in NCR & definitely the best in the Noida belt. The security team at the main gate is very strict even for owners who have to get themselves registered as visitors if they are not residing which happened with me & gave me the assurance that security is really really tight in this society which was a very welcome relief. The next best thing about this society are the sports facilities which are available within the premise - cricket pitch, lawn tennis court, basketball court, indoor swimming pool & indoor badminton court ( I don't know of any other society in NCR which has indoor swimming pool & badminton courts). The club-house is centrally AC with ample space for parties & functions. It also has a AC reading room for kids. Piped gas lines are connected to most flats which is a great convenience for people with transferable jobs. The maintenance agency is very prompt & agile. The property is located on the main road & the distance to Delhi Meerut Expressway is just 1.5 kms. Commercial facilities like market & best of all Gaur City Mall is within walking distance. Schools, hospitals are within a stone's throw. I feel Palm Olympia is a long term abode for either as tenant or as a house owner.
