Want to sell my apartment in this project at a profit. Can anyone tell me, what is the current rate of a 2BHK flat in this project? Also, how can I get buyers faster?
Dear Salil, as per the current property rates in this project, you may get minimum Rs 40 lakh for a 2BHK apartment. Located in Devanahalli, this area is developing quickly and several builders are coming up with their projects. Also, this area is an upcoming IT hub in North Bangalore and many commercial developments is also taking place. Also, owing to RERA and GST buyers are not preferring under-construction projects. So, in my opinion, this is not the best time to sell off the property, rather wait till you get possession to earn a healthy ROI. However, in case you are facing some financial urgency, you may decide to part with it. To get buyers faster, you may advertise your property on real estate portals like 99acres.
