    I want to purchase a unit in this project. Please tell me about the water and the security provisions of the society? I would also like to know about the home loan facilities?

    Hi Prateek, the builder has fitted 2 bore-wells in the project. As far as security is concerned, for the safety of the residents the builder has installed CCTV cameras in every nook and corner of the society. Along with it, each block of the project is looked after by a security guard. For more vigilant security surveillance these guards maintain a visitors log register to keep a record of the people entering the society. There are many banks in which you can apply for home loan for this project, such as Reliance Home Finance, Indiabulls, LIC HFL, Axis Bank, Deutsche Bank, Union Bank, Citi Bank, SBI, ICICI Bank, HSBC and HDFC Home Loans.

    Does the project have any senior citizen friendly amenities as I am thinking of buying an apartment for my parents? Is the area around this project safe in terms of air quality index for especially for old people?

    Dear Tarun, Salarpuria Sattva Luxuria has 3 senior-friendly facilities. They are landscaped gardens, jogging track, Yoga/meditation area. According to an Air quality checker app, the air quality here is satisfactory. Since pollution level here is not high, Malleshwaram seems a decent choice for residential use for every age group.
