    What are the social amenities available nearby to this project?

    Hi Nasir, Salarpuria Sattva Calesta is located in Battarahalli, the area which has seen a tremendous infrastructure in recent years. The project is located in Eastern region of Bangalore and therefore enjoys easy connectivity and is a host to various social amenities like Sri Chaitanya Techno School, Iti Central School; all of this within 3-4 km from the project. Banks like HDFC and State Bank of India are within a radius of 4-9 km. For entertainment and shopping purpose, there are 3 shopping malls and 2 theatres with an easy distance of 5-8 km. For food lovers, there are 8 restaurants nearby. So, overall this is a good project to look out for.

    Hi everyone. I am planning to invest in Salarpuria Sattva Calesta project. Can anyone please suggest me is this a good option?

The project is offering you basic amenities like lifts, car parking, power backup, swimming pool, multipurpose hall, garden, party lawn, gym among others. The project was completed in December 2016 and is legally approved by BBMP(Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike), BDA(Bangalore Development Authority), DTCP(Directorate of Town & Country Planning) and BMRDA(Bangalore Metropolitan Region Development Authority). You can easily find plenty of civic utilities around this project such as schools, banks, hospitals, parks, shopping malls etc, situated within 3-8 km. Also, there are plenty of connectivity options that can be found in the locality.
