    Hi Aparajith, within a budget of Rs 1 crore, you will get 1 bhk options in Safal Sai. If you want to invest in a propert

    y in Safal Sai located in Chembur East, then I think this will be a good move. The project has garnered a healthy appreciation of 8% since 2018.. At present, the average property rates in Safal Sai are Rs 15,000/sq. Ft. which is affordable in comparison to property rates in Chembur East which are Rs. 15,938 - 18,828/sq. Ft. As per the price trend graphs of 99acres, the property rates in Chembur East have been appreciated by only 1% from Apr-Jun 2018 to Apr-Jun 2019. However, due to factors like impressive connectivity, well-developed social infrastructure and upcoming connectivity projects, Chembur East is expected to be a favourable destination for both end-users as well as investors. The region offers robust connectivity to other parts of Mumbai via Eastern Express Highway. Social infrastructure is already in perfect shape, including malls, restaurants, schools and hospitals. Chembur East also has services of monorail which have already upped the connectivity quotient even more. There are two under-construction metro lines: 2A from DN Nagar to Mandala and Line 4 from Wadala to Kasarvadavali which are expected to be completed by 2022. Once becoming operational, these metro lines will connect Chembur East with more localities of Mumbai, which in my opinion will lead to rising a property demand. Once the project gets completed, you can also place your apartment on rent and enjoy monthly returns of Rs. 26,000 30,000.more
