Hi Sunny, A 2BHK in this project, measuring 1095 sqft, 1116 sqft and 1144 sqft ranges from Rs.50 lakhs to Rs.60 lakh. A 3 BHK unit of this project measuring 1370 Sqft, 1386 Sqft, and 1405 Sqft ranges between Rs.65 lakh and Rs.75lakh. The monthly maintenance charge in the society is around Rs.2,500 which is handled by the builder at least for two years. If you want to buy an apartment in S2 Avantikaa either you have to increase your budget by Rs 10 lakh (approx.) or you can try for loan facility in the banks like LIC HFL, Axis Bank, and HDFC Home Loans. You can invest in this locality but, expect growth only in the long term, owing to the real estate slowdown. However, due to the presence of IT companies, there is a good chance of property rates increasing.
