    What kind of safety features are provided by the builder in Royal Heritage? Also, I would like to know this societys distance from metro station.

    Hi Ruhi, CCTV cameras are installed at the main gate as well as at other strategic points for round the clock security. There are security guards present at the entry who maintain a visitors log book for manually registering visitors details. Intercom facility is directly connected to every apartment which guards use to confirm entry of outsiders with local residents. Being in a fully gated society, you will not feel any safety related issues as such. Bata Chowk is a nearby metro station which takes about 20 minutes from this society. There are problems with public transport system so it is advisable to use private cabs or personal vehicle. There is an issue of water-logging during rainy season so it becomes difficult to travel from this location. You can try booking a cab to the nearest metro station which has a waiting time of 12-20 minutes on the basis of the traffic and availability of the vehicle.

    What is the price range of 3 BHK apartments in Royal Heritage? Also, please share some of the details like amenities offered, list of banks offering loan facility and legal approvals.

    Hi Alok, Royal Heritage is a ready to move project located in Sec 70 Faridabad. There is no new booking available for this project, but you can choose among resale property options. Currently, 3 BHK apartments in this society having size of 1265 sq. ft. are priced between Rs 39lakh and Rs 55 lakh. The project is spread across 20.13 acres and consists of 16 towers having 15 floors and 1283 units in total. Some of the amenities which the builder is offering here includes gym, club house, swimming pool, kids play area, indoor and outdoor games, landscape garden, etc. However, one of the major attractions of this project is the presence of a shopping centre and restaurant within the complex. Leading banks like Punjab National Bank, ICICI banks and HDFC Home Loans are offering loan facility. I would suggest you to check your CIBIL score before contacting the banks to take a home loan. Also, builder has taken legal approval for this project from HUDA Faridabad. However, to find out the quality of apartments, its surroundings and overall liveability, you can go for a site visit.
