Vijay Vihar , Phase 1 , Delhi offers a peaceful rresidential environment with a good connectivity to public transport. The area has basic amenities nearby, but could improved infrastructure and better sanitation , however the sanitation has been improved bvery much in past 4 years. Drainage system has also improved and new buildings for residents, tenannts are in Woik in progress . Many apartments are in the contract to build .

Sometimes there is a power cuts in the midnights due to which many people face issues due to power cuts . Sometimes there will be a violence but police has maintain the simplicity

The location is situated in the Northern west of Delhi is a well established neighbourhood that offers a comfortable living environment. It is easily accessible from various parts of the city through different transportation methods. The metro station is located Rohini west and it is very close by. The area is home to several prestigious education institutions and medical facilities.

The neighbourhood like many other delhi area, frequently suffers from traffic congestion. The city is always busy and lot of crowd all the time. From the construction and vehicles, the pollution level is significantly high (dust and noise). The high density of the population in the area can make it difficult to find parking, particularly in commercial zones.

The neighbourhood is filled with numerous stores, including shopping centers for apparel and electronics. The highlight is the warm welcome extended to new comers. Public transportation is been good around here. Locals especially those well-established in the community are shown the highest level of respect. And there is a genuine willingness to assist one another without any ulterior motives.

Cleanliness is a luxury not found here with streets frequently strewn with excessive trash, and the very few people taking the initiative to clean up. Thefts are a common occurrence, often involving the prices of smartphones or other electronic devices. The night hours pose a particularly dangerous situation, with the presence of stray dogs and the uncertainty of potential threats.

People in and around the area are very kind and friendly Excellent public transport facilities are available for travel The market is located very near within walking distance Hospitals with top notch treatment facilities are nearby A variety of shops are located within the surroundings, catering to daily needs well maintained roads, good schools are nearby.

Acute water shortage is often faced during mid-summer And the quality of available water is not up to the mark Traffic Traffic congestion can occur during peak hours Noise levels can be high due to nearby markets and roads Limited green spaces and recreational areas.

The people living in and around the locality are very kind and supportive; helping with various aspects of daily life. The market is conveniently located within walking distance; allowing easy access to fresh vegetables and grocery items. The area benefits from excellent public transport facilities; and cabs and autos are readily available. The roads are well maintained and occupied with proper street lights. Additionally; electricity supply is reliable and available throughout the day.

The buses are often crowded; and during peak times; passengers may have to stand due to a lack of available seats; which can make travel uncomfortable. The condition of the road is poor. And there are water related issues.

Prashant Vihar features blend of residential societies and restoring apartments with convenient access to transportation options such as cabs, taxis, autos and rickshaws The area boasts a variety of markets, shops and food stalls including the renowned Hurriyat Cholka Thor, which draws visitors from across Delhi Additionally, it is home to cinemas ,schools such as Lancers complex

On the downside there is limited police patrolling and traffic congestion is calming due to the presence of shocks schools, street vendors and narrow roads The area is not ideal for walking freely at night and has some hygiene issues due to the new worst food stalls However, the positive outweigh the negatives, making the area generally good.

It has a peaceful environment along with several green spaces and parks. There are well-established markets and local shops. There are educational institutions nearby as well. It benefits from the good connectivity from other parts of Delhi through good road networks and public transportation like buses and metro. Hospitals and clinical facilities are nearby as well.

Traffic congestion is a big problem in Rohini Sector 24, like in other parts of Delhi. Pollution, especially air quality, is a major health issue. Maintenance of some infrastructures, like public parks, is not up to the mark. The high population density in Rohini Sector 24 makes overcrowding a place very likeable, and it also leads to an increase in demand for resources and services.

I have lived 30 years in this place; good Market, good schools, nearby bus stand that go for anywhere in Delhi, cabs & auto are easy to pick, the environment is good, the area is clean and everyday swapping, the shipping mall, and big market for shopping, electricity in every time on, good park for walking.

There are some parking issues on the inner side. There's a shortage of water in different areas because the line is jammed. Traffic jams are not a major problem but can occur during festivals. The crime rate is not high but occurs occasionally. The metro station is 5km from my colony. The road quality is poor, and there is a water shortage.

The main thing I liked about this society is that it has good transport network , market , bus stand and railways service are not far away so easy for day to day life , traffic jam are also not so frequent in my area also there are no major power cuts , also society contains one club house for all society persons , also water availability is also very good , also we had park nearby so making it best location for an society.

The main problem of the society is the street light which is sometimes on sometimes off , also there is no police patroling in my area which have increased the crime rate nearby my society , even street are alone at night so not so safe , parking space is not available in the society itself so we have to park outside which is unsafe , also hospital are far from my area which is quite a problem

Both Private and government hospitals and schools nearby, rajiv gandhi cancer hospital and ambedkar government hospital within 1.5 km distance. Public transport metro, buses, cab, auto and e-rickshaw all facility available here. Nearest metro station is rithala metro station within 1 km distance. Lots of parks full of greenery. Weekly Local bazaar and small departmental grocery stores are here. Shopping malls city centre mall, crown plaza and metro walk within 1.5 km distance.

Parking facility not available for every resident. Road conditions not good, water-logging issues mainly in monsoon season. Safety issues at night, poor police patrolling.
