My brother is going to set up his business in Kharghar very soon and is looking for a good housing society for his own use. So, kindly suggest how about opting for Regency Icon for that matter?

If you dont have any budgetary constraints, I would suggest you to take the nearest project from your upcoming workplace as this will benefit you a lot. I am sharing the link of available options in Kharghar that will serve your purpose. You can have a look at them at the project page under resale properties section. As Suman, has explained about the Regency Icon, it seems a decent choice too. Rest it is your call.
