Hi Senthil! The maintenance charge in Rainbow Vistas at Rock Garden for a 2BHK apartment is about Rs.4,000 per month plus 18% GST. JLL handles the maintenance in Rainbow Vistas. Further, you can rent a 2BHK apartment between Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, excluding maintenance. You have to submit four to six months rent as a security deposit which is refunded once the tenure is over. Referring to residents reviews, JLL is not capable of providing good maintenance services in the society and services are getting deteriorated day by day. Frequent power cuts and inadequate water supply are some of the major issues here. During the power cut, back-up also fails, which is a common issue here. Also, littering and security issues are other problems that have come into the picture of late. I suggest you to get clarity from the existing residents before you take the keys.more
