The area around the apartments is very spacious. It has a club house where you can go to gym, play indoor games and also it has a swimming pool. It is completely a gated community with 24×7 security and you can find CCTV cameras in the buildings. As it's a gated community , every outsider is checked and he is given permission to come inside only by the resident through an app. There are a few vending machines that are set up by big basket , they are called as bbinstant...so you can buy food from them anytime you need. All the festivals are given the same importance interms of the celebrations. Very good place for children to play in the evenings because of the spacious area and people residing here experience some beautiful Breeze in the evenings and night times. All the flats have very good ventilation. The maintanence staff are really helpful.

The best ambience, peaceful and beautiful construction. Quality means Raheja Vistas. One of the best constructions ever I have seen in my life. The best place for kids, elders. You can see good garden, nice play area for kids, swimming pool, gym, and the nice and simple TT Table. Adding little more amenities would have made the number 1 Gated Community in this side of city. ....yes now club house is also upgraded with lot more amenities. We can celebrate birthday parties as well as marriages. New Gym is too good.

Positives: since its a gated community people coming from outside require to be allowed by the person staying inside. Garden area is so big that children play in the evenings and elders walk in the mornings and evenings. The apartments are very well ventilated. Twice in very week vegetable market comes to the apartment. Big basket delivers milk curd vegetables on daily basis via bbdaily app. Big basket has a vending machine inside, so incase of urgency basic things like milk, curd, some vegetables will be there 24 hrs. It has got gym, swimming pool, tennis court. It has 24 hrs watersupply and electricity. Any complaint for repair in home will be addressed immediately. Festivals are celebrated by all the people together. It is easy to book a cab from this place. You need not explain your location. Negative: Since it resides in industrial area there is always some gases coming out of some industry. Also it is in a remote location we have to walk atleast 1 km to get public transport or local vehicle. It is more suitable for those who have personal vehicle. There are no hospitals atleast upto 2 km. Hospital facility and pharmacy are not near by. We have to travel atleast 2km to go to the main road. Area is more secluded in the nights. So availability of private transport at very late nights is not easy.

Moreover there is delivery option from bbdaily where we can get vegetables, milk, eggs etc on daily basis. It has a gym,swimming pool and a tennis court. Most of the festivals are celebrated by all people together. Every week spar and vegetable vendors come to sell vegetables There is always power backup. The area is covered by trees and apartments are well ventilated. Negative: since it in industrial area sometimes you can smell some discharged gases from companies. For the nearest public transport you have to walk atleast 1 km from you apartment. For the nearest hospital facility you have to go atleast 3 km. So own vehicle helps.since it is equipped with many facilities maintenance is almost Rs 5000. Sometimes dogs may disturb your sleeping the nights. The nearby area becomes more secluded in the nights so unless you have a company cab it is always a worry till you reach home.
