    How is the safety quotient related to this project as I am planning to shift with my family. Also, how much maintenance charge I need to pay?

    Hi Kiran, Provident Harmony is a gated community with 24x7 security system. Guards are there at each entry who keeps a stringent check on all the visitors entering the society. CCTVs are installed at each gate to keep a stringent check on all the happenings. Streets lights are properly working so that residents can move about safely. The society is also equipped with Intercom Facility which the guards use to confirm entry of visitors. Proper check-in and check-out time are maintained. The monthly maintenance charge would be anything between 1-2.5k.

    Looking for a 3 BHK flat. Please share details of 3 BHK vacant flat. Is Provident Harmony, Thanisandra a good society to live in? How are the with basic amenities?. My budget is 60 lakh.

The resale price of a 3 BHK apartment measuring 1200 sq. ft. would be Rs 55.85 lakh, which is under within your budget. Some of the basic amenities that are offered in this project includes Lifts, 24x7 water supply and power backup, intercom, car parking, gGym, cClubhouse etc. The project is also equipped with lLandscape garden and sewage treatment plant as eco-friendly measures. Moreover, the project is located in Thanisandra, the area which has seen a major infrastructural development and improvement in terms of connectivity options. So, overall this a good option to look out for according to your budget.
