    What would be the best price for a 4 bhk on rent in Prestige White Meadows? Please share the monthly maintenance charges and security deposits also.

    Hi Mr Mani, a 4 bhk apartment on rent in Prestige White Meadows would cost you Rs 70,000 per month. Apart from the rent, there are monthly maintenance charges of Rs 15,000 which have to pay separately. Parking space for 2 vehicles along with amenities such as gym, clubhouse, kids play area, swimming pool, landscaped garden, indoor and outdoor games, etc. are available Also, you will have to pay a security amount of Rs 7 lakh [i.e. 10 months rent] which will be refunded once you vacate the apartment.

    I am looking to purchase a property for self-use in Whitefield area. Please share some details about Prestige White Meadows and its distance from important civic utilities.

    Hi Anjana, for self-use, Prestige White Meadows can be a good option to have a look at. First of all, the project is equipped with plenty of amenities like a gym, clubhouse, kids play area, swimming pool, landscape garden, indoor and outdoor games, grocery shop, etc. Adding to that, its location, i.e. Whitefield hosts an excellent socio-economic infrastructure. You will find all the essentials required such as schools, hospitals, malls, banks, restaurants, etc. at a walking distance from this society. Some of the popular ones include Holy Cross School, The Forum Value Mall, Axis Bank, Baskin Robbins restaurant, Hotel Alpha, Svastha Hospital etc. The area also has plenty of small grocery store offering daily usable items. Regarding safety, , you will not feel any major concern as the projects site is just 350 m from Whitefield Police Station. Still, I would recommend you to visit the project once and take feedback from few residents to get some idea about the project like its construction quality, overall liveability in and around and also safety standards.
