I was a resident in kLR NJR's nagar. It is a very good place to live. The facilities are very good in that area. There are play grounds, shops, movie theatres nearby, shopping malls, well maintained streets, street lights, water facilities is good, bustops nearby, hospitals and medical, stationaries and etc... Mainly this is a developing area. Good peace place. Water facilities are also good. Schools and colleges are also bit near. But I was very happy to be a resident in KLR-NJR' S nagar.

This Nagar has well developed within 5 years.This Nagar has many facilities. This Nagar has 3 parks .The main park has well equipped GYM requirements where people of all ages come to exercise here. And this Nagar also has 3 huge water structures which assures people living here about the water facilities provided to them. This Society also blessed with the Shiva temple at the starting of Nagar.This society is well suited for people to get in touch to the main market.It is near to main market in Medchal.Best suited for people who want to own asset here by investing in the plots.

It is a really large open township, still in development phase now. But it is growing fast and has a great potential to be good living society. There are many houses and apartments right now and more under construction. It is a well organized area and very easy to find places in it. It has necessary departmental stores, medical stores and other essential services. It is a very peaceful place with minimal pollution. The roads are well maintained can be used for jogging and walks during morning and evening.It has 3 parks for kids and an open gym for everyone. It is located at approximately 1km from NH 44 highway through Medchal.It is a quiet place comparatively to other societies in the area and also a little expensive given the facilities.
