    I am planning to buy a flat in Pavani Divine Sitharampalya Hoodi. Wanted to know how is the builder reputation and how is legal status of property? Is it all good legally to buy property here with respect to khata/ oc / cc/ ec etc? Thanks Avinash

Located in Hoodi, it enjoys excellent connectivity via road as well as metro. Also, the builder Pavani Group is a reputed one known for delivering good construction quality and timely delivery.

    Planning to book an apartment in this project but dont have much idea about the builder. Anyone please tell me about the reputation of the builder. Also, is this project registered with RERA?

This project is built by Pavani Group who holds a good track record in the real estate sector in Bangalore. This builder has delivered several residential projects in Bangalore, Nellore and Hyderabad. Some of the successfully completed projects are Pavani Sarovar Phase 1 in Whitefield (Bangalore East), Pavani Residency in RWF West Colony (Bangalore North), Pavani Elite in Ramji Nagar (Nellore) and Pavani Homes in Nandagiri Hills (Hyderabad), among others.
