We are living were everything we want can get easily within our locality. If it not found our main market is not so far from home. Hospital, school, shoping mall, grocery store, some other necessary shop which is near by us. Even the nature is that much of cool whether we had summer beacuse of grove. For relaxing govt. built garden as well. For every single area. Transportation is very good if for auto-riksha, ola, st bus or airplane.

As Jamnagar ia small city we are facing traffic issue because of heavy population. Population is bit higher. Every 1 day in week we have power cut. So the student get dizzey ,and the people who are working from home or somewhere the people whose work is based on Power's such as dairy products shop etc.. We have water shortage as well. People's in here aren't able to get affirm amount of water. Sometimes the sweepers are not coming and here is the worst thing which is governmsnt is not taking any action even after complaining about water shortage, power cut and sweeper irregularities...

THE AREA OF PATEL COLONY IS MUCH SAFE AND STABLE FOR A CITIZEN. THERE ARE RICKSHAWS IN THE FOUR SQUARE OF OUR AREA. THE BARBER SHOP, THE DAIRY FARM, THE CLINIC, THE MEDICAL SHOP, THE STATIONARY SHOP AND THE REFRESHMENT SHOP IS NEAR THE FOUR SQUARE OF OUR COLONY, THE CITIZENS LIVE FREELY HERE WITH JOY AND ENJOYS EVERY INDIAN FESTIVAL AS THEIR OWN AND CITY BUS SERVICE IS ALSO VERY EASY AT THE FOUR SQUARE OF OUR COLONY. BANK AND MALLS ARE NEARLY AT THE WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE COLONY.

FOOTPATHS ARE ENROACHED BY STREET VENDERS. SCHOOL IS AWAY FROM THE COLONY. HOSPITALS ARE AWAY FROM THE COLONY. OUR CITY HAS NO METRO. NOT MUCH BUT LOW TRAFFIC. WATER QUALITY THAT MUNICIPALITY SUPPLIES IS NOT MUCH OF A GOOD QUALITY AND STREET VENDERS SLEEP ACROSS THE FOOTPATHS. THERE'S NOTHING MUCH NEGATIVE BUT KIDS SHOULD BE KEPT SAFE IN CERTAIN TRAFFIC RULES ALSO.

Which is the cleanest area of Jamnagar very porse public stay here from yours it has 11 streets and three big roads. As per is the cities concerned this is the main residential area for Jamnagar. Properties are sold at very high price here. Upper class middle class both type of family available here big builders industrialist are also found. Near this society pandit Nehru Marg which is very popular for big branded company outlets black Nike Titan bata spyker etc etc

There are 11 streets and three big roads, instead of that there situated at a very big area but their streets are very narrow that's why we don't get proper parking space for our cars or big vehicles. Another thing is that due to narrow streets we see traffic jam problem so many time in a day. Corporation has made parks hear before so many years but they are not well maintained. now so there in bed situation

I'm living here about 18 years. This area is so much environment friendly. There is no heavy vehicles sonds and no more vehicle running so envies is so good. Also transportation facility is available here. Also water supply is so good to time to time water. People living here are mostly well cultured. I also mentioned there is no traffic jam. Easy cab and auto availability here. Here electricity is 24 hr supply

Roads are not so good cracked roads with water. Here metro station not available nearby. Schools and colleges are not nearby. Also a few shops here there is no mall or supermarket near. Hospital is 2km away and police station is also 2 km away there is no garden nearby for excersize in nature

Roads are very clean and well maintained. All the daily essentials products and things are available at walking distance. Environment is very clean and clam. Old age people will love to live here. Park and garden is nearby so children can play there and also people can relax there time to time. Neighborhood people are very helpful to eachother. Main road is also nearby so if anyone wants to catch rickshaw or public transport then it's easy. People at here are very cultured and mannered. Houses are also well built.

There is somewhat problem of animals here. Cows and dogs often poops on roads and it's not good to look at. Electricity is also major issues here. It will go down 2-3 times a week for sometime. It's not that much time so we can live with it. Sometimes in rainy days drainage system will not work properly and stink will be there in society.

Hlo everyone , If you are looking for a society which can give you a healthy lifestyle and good ease of living so this is the best choice to consider . All the residents are friendly with each other and always help and support in every situation . So i can personally say that the environment of the society is really good . Now coming to facilities available , so you can see each basic facility being provided to you timely and regularly . The management of the society is really hard working and do every possible thing to maintain the good status of the society . All the work is done timely and with efforts . Time to time events are also organised so that residents can interact with each other and come to know about each other . So it is a society to worth live in .

Now comes the negatives . U will not like to consider the negatives in front of negatives as one can easily deal with them . The first negative point comes is the transportation facility , which can be easily dealed if you have personell vehicles , if not you can take a 2 min walk to the main road and easily get a cab or public transport . Same is the situation with hospital and school , so one has to take care of transportation . It is best to have a personel vehicle . Vegetable market is at walkable distance from the society but if you have to go to mall or big market you have to take public transport . So these are some negatives . Thank you

It's one of the richest areas of Jamnagar. Patel colony is the rich side of the city Big houses, big brand shops and the centre of the city. Jamnagar is overall a good choice of place to live if you like peace and traffic-free roads.

Its is kind of isolated place. And currently ongoing road constructions are bit bothering. Also security is good but since its rich area theft risk is bit high compare to other areas

Good schools nearby like st mary, st xavious,modi school,market also neary we will ger whatever we want lile fruits,vegitable if any emergency hospitals is also near by,best area to stay

Some of the negative points also there about this area,there it isa small streets,and the area is litle poluted because of vehicle and other works,once more point there people are of angry mind small small issue they fight not fully low area but some point that we have to remember before going

patel colony jamnagar is a good place for residence.i am one of those resident at this location. it has good connectivity of school,collage,gym,parks cenemas etc.main point is there have very low pollution level good for health.place is very clean and hygiene.road connectivity is one of feature of this place.railway station is ten km far from place.last but not least regular water supply

only one corn is electric supply is not match with your exceptation.

The locality of Patel colony is very good as shopping malls,Banks,Food court and other essential places are nearby.You can roam at late night easily and PCR vans are doing patrolling regularly.People are also peacefuk and polite.All the transport ulitilies are easily available as State bus station and Railway station are nearby.You can easily find good foods as there are eatery street where you can find all your favourite foods.

I found some streets somewhat congested as so many food vendors vehicles placed so sometimes traffic jam occurs frequently.
