Hi Vinita, it totally depends on you budget and requirements as both the projects are good in terms of end-use. while Paramount Floraville is located in a developing sector of Noida which has a lot of potential in terms of returns. Even, when the Aqua line becomes operational, a proposed metro station in the region will add on to the connectivity of Floraville.

Current status of Floraville by Paramount ,Sector-137 Noida projectWhat is the current ongoing price trend in Sector-137 Noida ? I am interested in Floraville by paramount project ? Any updates I can get ?
Hi Samyak, The Floraville is a ready-to-move-in project but it is only good for those who want to invest but not for those who want to buy it for end use. As per inputs from sources, there is only one lift which is operational in each tower as well as recreational facilities like swimming pool, etc. have not yet started. Instead of paying maintenance charges, it is better for you to go for this project from investment point of view against self-occupancy. Since the construction quality is sound and the metro station will be opposite the location in future, it is a sensible decision to opt for this project.
