    Hi Ajay, currently, there are a lot of rental options available in One Hiranandani Park with starting price of Rs 30,000

    per month. In Thane, you may have to pay advance rent of 5 months as security. So, if the rent is Rs 30,000, you need to pay Rs 1.5 lakh as the security amount. It totally depends on your negotiation skills whether some discount can be availed on it or not. The average monthly maintenance charges of this society are Rs 5 per sq ft. Residents of this society have an access to amenities such as a swimming pool, steam room, toddler pool, aerobics centre, outdoor and indoor games, jogging track, yoga/meditation area, gym, clubhouse, etc. There is nothing much to complain about civic infrastructure of Hiranandani Estate where this society lies except for the rainy season during which, some waterlogging is being reported every year. For efficient waste management in this area, Thane Municipal Corporation is planning to set up a decentralized waste management plant by Dec 2020.more
