Omaxe Connught place is a very long time project as I have been seeing it now 7 to 9 years being made. Its ooen now but location wise not so great as there are older mall on pari chowk which are not doing well either so this is no chance. Talking of returnt dont expecr any builder to b so good to keep u paying all the years they say. 100% all builders have defaulted in this pattern. So I would never invest in this project. Rest is ur choicemore
