Hi Rakesh! Omaxe Chandni Chowk is an under-construction project in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. The project is being developed by Omaxe Group offering premium commercial spaces. It is expected to offer 12% fixed return + 9% lease guarantee for 9 years. Virtual Space is like any other commercial property. The only difference is that in a commercial space keys are given to the investors whereas in virtual space, only space gets registered but the investor does not get any physical ownership of the property. Virtual space is quite in trend for earning returns and is considered ideal for investment. As such spaces are leased out to big brands and reputed companies with long term lease agreement; therefore, it ensures stability and better growth of returns. Capital appreciation is almost similar to other property investments.

i am planing to invest in omaxe chandni chowk. i am having few apprehensions like:a] resale of such a small virtual space like 48 sqftb] chandni chowk is known for its heritage shops and discounts, however, the brands which will tie up with omaxe will generally be available in other malls also. is it safe to invest in virtual space in omaxe chowk from rental and resale point of view when omaxe itself is selling at a higher appreciated value.more
