It is expected to offer 12% fixed return + 9% lease guarantee for 9 years. Virtual Space is like any other commercial property. The only difference is that in a commercial space keys are given to the investors whereas in virtual space, only space gets registered but the investor does not get any physical ownership of the property. Virtual space is quite in trend for earning returns and is considered ideal for investment. As such spaces are leased out to big brands and reputed companies with long term lease agreement; therefore, it ensures stability and better growth of returns. Capital appreciation is almost similar to other property investments.
